Rocketman isn’t quite a documentary but yet tells the story of Elton John’s rise to fame to present day life along with his struggles. I enjoy this movie. It isn’t set 100% in reality, but that’s OK. I love how unapologetic this movie is and how it dives deep into important topics but yet is a fun watch.

Movie was hard to follow, Bohemian Rhapsody was much more straight forward and you knew what you watched.

Ordered "Enter the Dragon 40th Anniversary Edition" from the Best Buy site and still can't believe how quickly it arrived. As for the movie. Still as good as I remember. Saw it back in the 80's with some friends. Martial artists and fans of Martial Arts movies should add this to their collection.

It's great to hear the old hits when I was a kid. Great movie! I saw it twice at the theatre. The only thing I didn't like was trying to figure out how to playback where you ended watching it. I don't think my blu-ray has that capability. I'll test it with the DVD.

elton insisted in keeping the R rating, had it been PG more people would have seen it in theatres

After the Freddy Mercury movie we expected this film would be awesome, We were very disappointed

I saw this movie on Prime and was blown away. While I’m not an Elton John fan, it is an incredibly touching saga played by an exceptional actor. So, I decided to add it to my growing Blu-ray collection.

Its really good..i just didn't realize it was a musical..but was good never the less

ROCKETMAN WAS A WONDERFUL LOOK INTO THE LIFE OF ELTON JOHN. IF YOU ARE A FAN OF HIS MUSIC, THIS FILM IS A MUST! IT IS INTERESTING TO DISCOVER WHAT HE WENT THROUGH TO GET TO WHERE HE IS TODAY. GREAT ACTING AND GREAT PRODUCING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

After seeing Bohemian Rhapsody, I had high hopes for the Elton John movie. The lead actor and supporting cast were fantastic! The music was amazing (of course) but the way the movie was laid out and the timeline shown was superb. A must watch for music lovers!

I thought that the start captured Elton to a tee. He was wonderful. I think they made this movie on a budget and could have gone more into his life and more about his music. I recommend this movie based on if you like Elton John you will like this movie. Take the time to view this movie you will enjoy it.

a good story music is not bad good acting I love this actor from the Kingsman

this movie was much better than I thought it would be. It covered all the things that occurred in Elton's early days and provided the classic songs as the backdrop. It also didn't hurt that Taron Edgerton was spot on as the young Elton.

Golden Globe Winner Taron Egerton totally gets it as Elton John. From humble beginnings to superstardom this musical is visually stunning for all fans of John's joyous pop anthems and dire pain drenched ballads. Enjoy the ride and don't let go...….

This was so worth watching! It was an excellent movie that captured my attention from the beginning! I love stories that make you want to keep watching and waiting to see what happens next! I highly recommend seeing this!

Loved this movie so much. I have been an Elton John fan since 1969. My first date with My boyfriend ( now husband) was to see Elton John at Madison square garden in 1976. Had the time of my life. The movie definitely took me back to that time.

Since Elton John had a part in the production I believe it to be farily true. What a story and what a talent. Gave me greater respect for Elton John. Loved the movie. Watch a couple times. Would recommend watching this movie.

Turns out this is more of a musical with fantastical elements, which, given Elton John as the subject, makes sense. Everything about it - the music, the acting, the writing - is incredible and worth watching repeatedly.

Kind of different approach with musical numbers like old mtv videos. But the great songs kept my interest. Also didn't care for all characters in scenes singing like a musical. One good part of the package was booklet written by e j. Would not recommend to friends without explanation.

I. ADORE. THIS. MOVIE. This was purchased as a 5th friendiversary / Christmas gift for Monica Rial. Her and i ADORE Elton John, and when she saw this film, she thought of me, which is AMAZING. :D
