Rocksmith 2014 is a fun approach to learning the guitar. I have been trying for years to learn to play and failed for whatever reason. Rocksmith has kept me interested and kept me playing. The game adjusts to your learning level and progresses with you.

Great game for all levels of guitar players. It would be best that it had at least some downloadable songs for free. More bands like RHCP would be a great addition to this game.

I have enjoyed the way the visual lesson is when I play disc. I am a visual person and can learn faster than a reader.

The tuner is VERY sensitive. Which on one hand is great - but on the other can be very frustrating for someone who knows little about guitars to start with. Otherwise, this is a great teacher to learn about electric guitar.

The game experience, as a complete beginner, is very good. Starts you off at your level and gradually introduces more difficult sessions. The tuner could use some tweaking, but otherwise a great game!

Bought this for my sons...one knows how to play guitar, the other doesn't. They both love it and their guitar skills have improved.

The 2014 version is better in every way than the original. The UI has been improved and the overall control is better. Definitely a good game if you wish to learn some guitar basics.

Overall Rocksmith 2014 is a great game to play. I just wished I had more time to play. It runs flawlessly. I would recommend to anyone that wants to learn how to play bass/guitar.

This game is more than a game, you actually start getting comfortable in playing the guitar even if you never played before.
