I have owned every game system since pong in the 70s. This is hands down the worst ever created. It takes hours to setup, hours to download games and updates.
I’ve had this thing for a week and still have not been able to play a game.

Garbage of a handheld. I tried to play fortnite on all low settings and could barely handle it. Bmx streets came out and thats a very low demanding game, i put all the graphic settings on low and turned on DLSS and slid the bar to 40% render and i got 60frames at most. I turned the wattage up to run its best and its terrible. Oh you know that dock thing so you can hook it up to a monitor or tv? Yeah dont bother with that. I have a 24” monitor and couldnt run anything on it. I love the concept of portable pc gaming but were FAR from it. I wouldnt reccommend this product to anyone. Just buy a gaming laptop and carry around a controller and you’ll be set, probably can find one for the same price too.

Unfortunately for to it’s underwhelming processor playing anything beyond indie titles is a rough chore where you’ll be getting roughly 40 minutes of gameplay at low settings reaching about 24 fps and thats only with older tittles.

My family ordered this by mistake thinking that the Z1 and Z1 extreme were the same. NOT AT ALL! This one is such a weak unit compared to the Z1 Ext. Save up and get the one with more power, but costs a bit more. Worth it!

Games can run well, but the asus app and windows just do not work well together. I had multiple freeze ups a week before I finally decided to put it to the side. In addition, many of these units ship with defective MicroSD card slots, so adding storage in that way is not an option.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Just not a good device.

Got it as a Christmas gift and lasted two days. Literally! Worked great downloaded the updates and on the second day tried to download games off of Steam and it started crashing once it turned off, I tried to turn it back on and it started asking for a key and locked me out. I took it back to Best Buy and just got a refund. I may buy another one, in a few years from now.

Very disappointed in what I purchased. I purchased an open box item that was suppose to be the best one. The rig straight out the box left controller did not work. Now on top of it the left joystick does not work. I have only had it for a month now. I will never purchase an open box item again.

It’s a nice concept in theory but it is almost impossible to play any games on it due to the screen size. I had to squint to play the games

I had to return it. SD cart slot didn't work. I installed Fallout New Vegas and had to remap controls to even enter VATS. wait for an updated version
