The good: Best Buy delivered on time, and it was the only game in town for the 3D edition. Quality wise, this movie looks and sounds amazing, no efforts spared in the conversion to blu-ray. If you have a descent surround setup, this movie will shake the house to rubble. The Bad: the 3D conversion for this film is nothing like the one for The Force Awakens, nothing really stands out visually the way elements for that conversion did. If this edition wasn't competitively priced, I would have opted for the regular edition given the chance. The extra features were ok, the hour long documentary on the making of is worth a watch.

Rogue One is a very good story before Star Wars: The New Hope movie. I love the CGI in the movie. The lead female character is a very brave rebellion. As well as the rest of the rebellion who would sacrifice their lives. Just to get their hands of the plans for the Death Star to the rebellion. A movie I will add to my Star Wars collection.

Everyone knows Star Wars and Rogue One's steel book is absolutely beautiful and well put together - like the previous steelbooks! The images are sharp and contrast - warm water and sharp black and white of the storm and death troopers on the outside case. The inside features the rebels and also looks brilliant. Definitely a must buy for fans!

Rogue One: A Star Wars story tells how the plans for the Death Star were obtained by the Rebel Alliance, the key plot element in the very first Star Wars movie, A New Hope. Seeing how the plans were stolen however isn't as important as meeting the cast of characters involved in the plot. A great ensemble cast makes this a great movie!

Rogue One is definitely one of the best Star Wars films that were made. The story was great and so are the special effects, especially during the space battle scenes when we got the R2 unit viewpoint. The CGI for Tarkin was especially great. When I first saw it in the theatres, it really sounded like him. Rogue One is definitely a keeper.

Many consider Ep5 /Empire to be the best. I disagree. For me, Ep 4 / Hope is beat because it introduced us to a whole new world. But Rogue One, to me, is second best across the franchise as a story, even knowing the outcome going in, and as a master class in bringing a sense of humanity to a sci-fi film. It could easily be called Episode 3.9.

So I saw this at the movie theater and thought it was good. I watched it a second time and loved it more. I really think the writers did a great job on this one off Star Wars story. It ties in great with all the others. I actually like it better than the force awakens.i won't spoil it but you will know what I mean with Shakespeare's twist.

Rogue One was a great Movie! I decided to purchase the Movie from Best Buy instead of VUDU, because I wanted both a tangible and the digital copy of the movie. If VUDU's site goes down or sold I wanted to have a Physical copy of most of my movie purchases. The Movie was in great condition and I got it fast when Best Buy shipped it out to me.

A rugged & rough war movie in the Star Wars universe. Interesting to watch and experience, unlike quite a bit of film in this vein today. Got more for us? Bring em on! Most have complained that the Blu Ray extras were lacking, I agree somewhat. Give me a good gag reel and some deleted scenes and I'm a happy camper, but this contains neither.

One of the best Star Wars yet. Great story line, and great character development. It was a little confusing the first time I watched it, but after the second time I fell in love with it. Watch this and you'll be in for a great ride and surprise throughout the whole movie. If you are Star Wars fan you will love this. It even has blue milk!!!

Getting done watching this movie just made me want more, good thing we will have a raft of solo Star Wars adventures incoming, to include a Han Solo film, Obi-Wan film and maybe even a Boba Fett story in the future.Given the great production values and the final product, the Star Wars franchise is in good hands with Disney. Loved this film!

This movie gives you an insite to a lot of unanswered questions & yet opens new ones. The CG of Peter Cushing and Carrie Fisher is fabulous. Both worked into the story line with live people is seamless. This binds the first 3 SW movies into the original 3. Simply Awesome. I don't want to give out spoilers, just buy the movie... its worth it

I have seen and purchased all of the Star Wars movies, and this is one of the best! There is ongoing entertainment from beginning to end, and the action is nonstop! The characters are all tied in with the previous settings, so it makes it fun watching scenes that intertwine with prior scenes and characters that relate to the Star Wars saga.

One of the best movies from the Star Wars series. Action packed with some comedic reliefs when needed. This film will keep you glued to your seat and anxious to see what happens next. Fortunately we already know what happens next... A New a hope. Good for the collector, great for a fan and good for a new Conner to the Star Wars world. Enjoy

As my review stated on the 2D version a great story, video, and audio. However, the 3D version really hits home.Well done Disney.It's too bad TV manufacturers has left 3D off there TV'S in 2016 and now 2017.Big mistake on their part.The studios keep on making 3D films and releasing them on Blu-ray what could the manufacturers be thinking??

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is a Good Addition to the Star Wars Saga, as it does fill in a few blanks & is worth adding to your collection of Movies! The BlueRay/DVD/Digital Combo is the best, as you can have your movies anywhere & the Bonus Features are included with the Digital Copy/Disney Movies Anywhere System (unlike with Fandango).

Saw this once in the theater and finally got to experience it with my Best Buy Sony 4K TV and BluRay player recently purchased. Beautiful detail - especially the space shots. Great casting and action scenes - the extras on the DVD are great and I will get to watch them again and again now. A must for anyone who thinks. BTW saw SW in 1977.

I loved this movie. Finally, we get to return to the time of the Galactic Civil War. I recommend watching Episode 4 immediately after watching Rogue One to see all the ways these movies weave together. There are also a lot of tie-ins to the animated Star Wars Rebels series. The steel book is a great extra, and I am always a sucker for 3D.

We saw this movie in theaters twice and we own every other Star Wars movie ever made, so, of course, we had to have this to add to our collection. It was a joy to do so considering we put it at, or at least near, the top of all the Star Wars movies. The Blu-Ray disc played perfectly and I look forward to downloading the digital copy ASAP!

his is an amazing movie. The story and the action is very powerful. What they go through, just amazing. It doesn't get overly involved with the Skywalker saga to try to fit in too much, yet takes advantage of enough of the Star Wars universe to give it the SW charm. It has its own feel to it that makes it stand out from the rest as well.
