She used to have to keep moving her wii from the back room to her room to use netflix and other apps but now with the roku she doesnt have to. Its small so it doesnt even take up space and its fast no lag at all!

Fantastic for beating cable or satellite fees

It has allowed me to reduce and ultimately eliminate those satellite tv bills. I would reccomend this unit to everyone.

It has the basic functions but connects you to vast menu of streaming options. The hookup is as easy as plug and play. I have since purchased additional boxes for my other TVs around the house. It is very practical and user friendly. I recommend for the price.

Neat device for an older television

I have an older television which the Roku 1 is perfect for. The only thing I don't like is that the remote is easy to slip out of your hand sometimes. I don't use all of the services, only Netflix and Hulu. I have slow wifi and it takes a long time to stream, but I really enjoy using it. I am actually looking into upgrading my tv because I use the device so much.

The Christian programming without commercials or limits. And the ability to throw in a movie or two if desired. Just what i wanted. And, Best Buy had, exactly what i wanted. That really did it for me. Not b like ebay, my friend bought his on ebay and had to get out the tools and wires! Within 20min, all completed! And i did recommend it. Same night
