Bought this for a "unsmart" TV and was up and running our amazon video within 15 minutes of installation. Good product for a good price that works.

Fast and east set up, enjoy many old TV shows and movies at not cost. Set up instructions advised not to place on a low shelf of cabinet. This solved the issue had with blu ray players.

The Roku is easy to use and set up. I bought it for HBOgo access and I was able to easily connect it to my wifi network and begin watching immediately. I haven't spend much time on the free movies it offers, but I image they are not worth the time. I also use it with Netflix which was easy to log in to and set up as well.

We got the Roku 2 for our bedroom about a month ago to replace cable and are very pleased with the ease of set up and finding shows to watch. Don't miss cable at all. Some streaming glitches prevented me from giving it 5 stars. We also got TiVo Roamio so recording of network shows is still available. Go ahead, cut cable!

Very happy with the Roku 2 and it has so many streaming channels. Bought two for various TV's in home and both have been used a lot I also did my research comparing the other types of streaming online and this one appears to be the best

This box makes it easy to get rid of cable and it's outrageous pricing and still have access (via Hulu and/or Netflix) to all of your favorite TV shows. Easy to set up - easy to use. Great search function. Great price. awesome device!!

I love the Roku and have bought two so far. The ease of turning my TVs in to Smart TVs is awesome. The searching mechanism makes it easy and convenient to find the shows/movies/channels that I like. I would recommend this device to anyone!

This is the second player I have purchased, first one was for me the second was for my parents. We both love the the picture and sound quality along with the streaming choices. You will not run out of things to watch with this box!

We purchased a Roku for our house in the San Francisco bay-area and loved getting onto Netflix via our t.v. so much that we thought we would try it out at our home in the Mountains. We could not get satellite or cable in our area because it was to far out in the country and to many trees for reception. But the Roku and a At&t Hotspot did the trick. We now can watch movies and get onto other sites like ABC. I would 100% advise this set-up if you cant get reception or if you just don't have a smart t.v. and want to watch items like Netflix.

One of the best investment I've made this year. I decided to cut my cable and get Roku instead. I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. Roku offers a lot of the channels I watch & I paid a small fraction of what I was paying for cable.

This unit is so much better than my apps on BluRay players. fast to boot up and a ton of apps with free programming. quality is great. Only issue is it is not syncing with my wireless devices to stream from laptop and phone, but Roku is working on it with me. I just bought more units for the rest of the TV's.

I bought this to replace the Apple TV. I purchased it becasue the Roku has more app from which to choose and it cost less than the newest Apple TV. It is not as seem less to operate as the Apple TV, adding apps can be clunky but the lower cost and increased functionality makes the extra hassle worth it.

tons of channels and great speed. Way better than the roku stick and almost as good as the roku 3. It has an infrared remote so you have to actually point it at the box, you don't have to do that with the 3. But for the price, you can't beat it.

There is one model higher but unless you like the novelty of the voice search it is not any better. This thing is snappy, great interface. Best entry into the cutting the cord you can find. Hulu + Netflix + Amazon and you are there.

Roku has proven to be very easy to use. Great website that makes it very simple to select your channels. The only way they can make these devices better is by adding sports and local channels. But if you're a limited TV user like me this is a great option and saves you tons of money vs. a cable subscription.

I can't say enough great things about this Roku--best purchase I ever made. Now, I can watch NHL Center Ice all season, without worry of what to do if/when I switch providers. Not the mention all the other channels I can watch on top.

Lived in our home 35 years without cable, dish or satellite. Love the addition of Roku to stream additional channels. Very easy to set up, easy to relocate to others TV sets.

This version of the Roku 2 is significantly faster than the previous version of Roku 2. Although the remote is not an rf remote and does not have the earphone option, like the previous version, the faster speed makes up for that.

Super easy to set up and use! Instructions are easy to follow and the player itself is easy to navigate with once in use. The price is well worth the enjoyment it gives. I highly recommend it as a future purchase for buyers.

I have a little trouble with navigation with the product but I really believe it is due to my inexperience with products like this. I do believe once I can understand some of the lingo then I will be able to adapt a little better.
