easy to use and install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My 1st time using Roku at 1st when it said free apps i thought it was to actually to install and view not just to install so after installing it i found out you had to pay to see it so dont see the use of a free app to install if you have to pay so i deleted those and left the ones that is free to install and to see aswell

I am an Amazon Prime member, also I needed a player that would play video from a USB flash drive and there are no other that do that. We are going to buy a second Ruku and stop our cable service.

Could be amazing but it isn't

I had to return it. this was my only complaint. well, it is significantly louder and hotter than previous versions but the remote was a deal breaker. when the remote issue happens, you have to unplug to ruck, reboot it, take the batteries out of the remote, put them back in and re-pair the remote. repeat every 30 minutes until you return the item.

Great Update to Roku3

This after buying a Samsung 4K TV... which gave me a little issue getting the sound after trying to use their Netflix app. So to get 4k experience with Netflix, I went for Roku4.
