I bought 2 Roku TV’s, a 65” for my living room and a 50” for my daughters room for Christmas. 2 months after installing the 65” the panel developed a longitudinal green strip 2 inches down from the top. Best Buy was only offering a 14 day return policy, so I had to go through a long (6 hours on the phone, no joke) drawn out process with Roku customer support, which they did finally send a replacement and had a company deliver and remove the defective TV. Christmas day I setup the 50” and right out of the box it had a huge white blotch in the lower center of the panel. Thankfully I was able to swap that out at the store for a different brand TV with Roku platform. Now I get it, these are cheap disposable televisions, but I feel I should at least be able to get 2 years out of them. The picture on the 65” is phenomenal and I’m sure the 50” would’ve been the same, but 2 TV’s back to back with bad panels doesn’t sit well with me. It’s not out of the realm of possibility that it was just my luck, and from the reviews it seems to be generally positive, but I certainly will not be purchasing this brand again. Roku offers the best streaming platform in my opinion, but whoever is manufacturing their panels have no quality control unfortunately.

I like the ease of set up, thd sound and the picture. Whats not so great is that it wont pair tte extra remote control i purchased. Also it will not connect to AirPlay despite 3 hours of troubleshooting bt Apple Support,
