It's clear and volume works perfectly. Anything i buy from Best Buy so far knock on wood, i never have any issues. I understand now why they call the store Best Buy,

Great addition to our deck!

The picture is amazing and we don't have to turn it up loud to heard it. Very good purchase. Definitely getting another one for the garage.

No brainer as even if it last half as long as a Sony, then buy another new one and it cost the same as that one Sony.

Setup has been a challenge but the picture quality is great. I also bought a Roku soundbar -dead simple to setup and sound is certainly adequate for a smallish and quiet area.
