The price went from 299 for the TV 260 something how long is the price match guaranteed for?

Bought this TV on September 24, 2025 and after 2 months it died. No power, doesn't turn on, and after all the troubleshooting still didn't work. I try to to through Geek Squad since i bought the 2 year protection plan but because there's a 1 year manufacturer warranty i have to go through Roku which was the worst customer service. Just know if you go through Roku, physically call them, the online chat thing is useless, then when that's done, they'll create a ticket for a third party service called ITI. After that it'll take 3-5 days for them to contact you, another 1-3 days to tell you when you're TV will be shipped to the courier, another week to wait for the courier to contact you when they receive the TV to then schedule for them to come. In total you're looking at maybe 3-4 weeks for your TV to be repaired. What's upsetting is i paid for 2 years of service from geek squad when in reality, 1 year is what I'm really paying.
Overall i liked the picture quality and all the TV had to offer, but the manufacturing of the internals are trash.

Only lasted 2 months and now I'm getting random black screens. I will have sound but no picture. I have to turn the TV off and back on to get the picture back. I have tried every trick in the book from soft resets to factory resets and everything listed online, nothing fixes it. It is obviously the defective. Even at this price point I expected it to last longer. This is my second Roku TV and most likely my last.

Worst tv ever bought. Power button doesn’t work on remote nor tv. Had it for a little over 2 months. Contacted Roku and they keep putting me on hold and when I do get someone they always want you to try this try that and they leave you as is and tell you to call back or email and when you email them they never answer back. Being on hold for over an hour at a time for multiple times in one day. My day is gone.

I thought I was buying a smart tv with Roku as a built in app. This TV is just a large Roku device that was not at all compatible with my Xfinity service. Also, the picture quality appears to be washed out and pause/rewind/fast forward are not an option in most cases. I returned this TV and bought an LG.
I would not recommend this TV to anyone who is looking for the common features found in most other televisions.

Screen had burned out pixels and a red scan line. Make sure to check it right after buying.

This tv had one of the worst pictures, of any tv I’ve ever seen. Took it back 2 days after purchase, and exchanged for an Insignia, that is night and day difference in picture quality.

Easy setup. Picture is very good. Sound is ok, not great but acceptable. The best thing is getting rid of 3 remotes on my end table.

The TV works great and meets my expectations. The picture quality is clear, and the sound is good for everyday use. It was easy to set up and connect to other devices. The design is simple and looks nice in the room. Overall, it’s a solid TV for the price and does exactly what I need it to do.
