It's an almost perfect product ... BUT

On the downside, they have a number of channels that are created by independents that have very little content and want you to pay for the few paltry things they have. Not necessary when you can use apps like Pluto TV that have a variety of programming, all for free. The worst issue for me is that hey don't support DirecTV Now. There have been rumors flying around since the launch that DirecTV would be available on Roku but so far, it hasn't happened.
