This Roku stick is my introduction to streaming, and it is incredible value and quality. I highly recommend it over the other sticks due to it's variety and non exclusivity.

I cannot afford Cable, so I bought this as a device so I could purchase Sling TV in order to watch Minnesota Twins baseball games. I had to increase my wi-fi service, but it is still cheaper than adding cable.

Money's worth, compatible. Same thing as the small box, just connect it to the tv and leave it there, simple as that. Start streaming, haven't gotten buffering signals in the middle of the shows yet. So far it's amazing and fast.

For the price, this is a great Roku product. Bought for bedroom since Spectrum is starting to require boxes for all TV's, this one was plugged into wall. As long as you have a good wireless signal it works great. Just downloaded spectrum app, fs app for my Indians games and I'm ready.

This product worked okay for me but the remote would lose connection and would have to be reset. I ended up returning it and getting the Roku ultra and that one works great. Definitely worth paying a little more for the Ultra.

As a high price cable cutter, I have found time to watch what i wanted to watch on my schedule without paying for tv that I didn't need or wanted to watch. Best thing i have invested my time and money into in years of cable tv.

goodbye cable tv. this will just about get you around ever having cable tv again. there are a few channels you cant get, but there is ton available for free. what else you want, you might pay a small fee

I enjoyed the roku stick and was easy to set up and use. The only bad thing is that you have to go to a special websit in order to get roku special channels to access the channels that give free movies. But over all a good product.

The only issue is that we had to request the free HDMI extension from Roku and it took 3 tries and custom support before we got it so it was several weeks before we could install. It would be nice if that came with the product or if Best Buy could have provided that at the time of purchase.

For the price adds excellent features to any tv, even smart tvs. Roku always updates their products, which tv manufacturers rarely do. New update adds ability to listen from smartphone wirelessly. Super cool! No lag with UI

The Roku is the only one that plays both Google and Amazon videos...Which is a huge plus. I've experienced no hiccups with video load times either. Also, the Roku catalogs news clips so you can watch news as well. Awesome!

Before I purchased this I had cable and was spending too much money almost $200 when I purchase this is save me tons I really like it you're able to download your favorite apps so much better this is the future of TV

I purchased the Roku stick a few years ago and didnt like it due to the older slower model. The new 2016 model with faster processor is great. It does all I expected and needed it to do. Also got a great price at Best Buy.

Replaced a set-top box with this and an app from my cable company. The box always works and I don't have to aim to change a channel. The only thing is I wish I could remap button on the remote since I don't have slingTV

Lines run down Tv due to power being plugged directly into to tv port but this probably was fixed with the new roku stick because power module is sit apart and connected with hdmi cable plus new roku stick is cheaper! Go figure!

Roku is perfect for streaming. Some of the apps are free so make sure you don't just assume that you have to pay to subscribe. Check every app. You can watch live TV for free as well as movies!! It's great for a one-time buy!

My only problem was setting up the for the first time with various options (which is why I gave it 4 stars). Once that was accomplished everything was fine. The streaming stick has worked fine with no problems at all. Without the initial set up issues I would have given it 5 stars.

I bought Roku for my parents even though I didn't know much about it. I was really impressed with what it has to offer. I don't have cable or satellite TV, so I'll probably purchase one for myself also.

Does the job but still buffers a little. Is ok for the price

I did some research into the Roku, Fire TV Stick, and various other TV streaming devices, settling on this because of the size, space and convenience meeting all of my needs. It's amazing! No buffering, easy setup. Perfect.
