I previously owned a 2014 Roku 2 box. The unit was great except it would be slow when came to loading videos especially within the YouTube app. With this updated model processing ability is noticeably quicker when it comes to loading applications or videos.

Use for eliminating my Spectrum converter box which saves me $4 a month. Works very well alwows me to get all channels that i get on main HD converter box. will pay for itself in a year.

This roku hdmi stick works fine as far as the software. The stick itself is to long and with the power cable plugged in makes it even longer leaving some tv's without the posibility to connect directly to the hdmi port (extenxion cable can be used)

I have the ROKU 2 and I just wanted to upgrade my ROKU to the newer version. I'm so glad I did. Netflix shows the trailers and the previews of the shows and movies. I can't complain!

I like the Roku, it turned my old HD TV into a smart TV. There are so many free stations that are good you don't need to purchase other stations unless there is something special you want.

I was skeptical about going cordless but am very happy with my Roku. I'm saving money and did away with all of the boxes and wires. I'm also very happy with the customer service at Best Buy.

This was purchased during black friday for $39 and is it is well worth it. I have two traditional Rokus and this is every much as capable. The interface is the same across the intire line.

This is my second Roku, but first streaming stick. We've been very happy with all the "channels" that Roku offers and is far and away better than some of the other streaming devices out there.

Have had this for a month and so far, it's always done what it's suppose to. Load and stream quickly. Stays connected too. Our family mainly uses it for Netflix and vudu. Great so far.

Bottom line this is a better option than any smart tv streaming option. It is portable too and can be powered by either USB cable or plug in to wall. I have two and highly recommend this!

After cable bills kept rising I purchased the Roku streaming stick and found it to be a fantastic alternative to cable. A wide variety of apps are available with the stick. Highly recommended.

i had to read the reviews on BB and other websites to figure out which Roku was better. I was looking at the express but found out that the stick streams faster due to a faster processor.

This is my 1st Roku , I was a little worried that it would not work as well as suggested by the salesperson at Best Buy. But it works great the only thing it is freezes form time to time and I have to exit the program in order to unfreeze the station.

Wanted something to stream video in my office since we don't have any smart tv's and this thing works like a charm. Don't much care that I had to set up an account with my credit card number on file but that's about the only con I could find so far.

This is my 3rd Roku Stick and I love them, I tell everyone that will listen about it, so many tv channels, movies, sports and of course news that you don't need cable, again "I LOVE ROKU"

Great product and great value. . Just plug in and start streaming your favorites shows and movies. I was about to buy a smart TV, but this product saved me. Highly recommended.No brainer.

This is my 3rd Roku stick. The first one was the older model that suffered from slow loading speeds, but the updated model is quick to load. I haven't found any issues with this unit.

This thing is awesome! I was able to find apps for every channel that I used to watch on cable. I like the fact that you can plug it in to any tv or compatible device and stream on wifi.

Much more responsive than I thought it would be. We got it for our bedroom. I can't really complain since it does exactly what we need it to do - stream from our favorite streaming services.

I was pleasantly surprised at all the different choices to view. One draw back to it is I could not find a "guide" channel, so it can be time consuming to find what you want to watch.
