We have a small tv in the kitchen that does not have smart features. Bought this because we love the simple remote and already have Roku elsewhere in the house.

I love most Roku products. I already have 2 players. I wanted a third and thought I would try thee stick this time. Unfortunately my wireless network was not strong or close enough to provide the signal strength to needed.

Pro: A ton of free content and if you have the other services on cable those apps as well. Con: On the free content they have a ton of advertisements in hopes you get frustrated and pay for advertisement free viewing

So the roku works great with one problem, the controller only worked the first day. I don't have time to exchange it so I'm using my phone as a controller. It's annoying when I constantly keep getting asked to use my phone.

A huge selection of content channels to choose from. A reasonably easy user interface. The ability to stream content from my laptop. It does everything that I wanted.

I installed this on my "smart" tv and noticed a much quicker load time and streaming experience. I have 3 Rokus now, so all main tvs have similar experience now.

I actually bought 2 of these, shame I can't get double the points though. Oh well, I already have one . . bought these for my daughter and my best friend as gifts.

I purchased this for a large TV I've had for a few years now. The TV is good but is not a smart TV. Easy to setup and use, great alternative to buying a smart TV.

This Roku is very reasonably priced & turns your TV into a smart tv. It gives you many options for different channels but you must subscribe to them first.

As an owner of Apple TV, XBox and PS4 there is no better device than this for streaming. Never lags and great range with wifi connection. Highly recommend.

This stick eliminates the need for a cable box and the monthly fee that goes with it. No problems with the setup or operation. Great for wall mounted TVs.

I bought this to use while we travel - I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it performed flawlessly, even in hotels that had very marginal WIFI service.

I didn't give it five stars because it only fit into one of the HDMI ports and it messed up my speaker/amp set up. I have to wait for my son-in-law to fix it cause I couldn't figure it out. But it works as it should!

I like the idea of terminating my cable bill, which like $65+. Now I just have to find which channels to subscribe to. It seems like all the movie channels, are populated with 99% of movies I have never heard of,

The Roku is the device you want if you are looking to cut the cord. It is far more capable than competing streaming sticks and has a greater variety of content.

I wasn't expecting too much since it was a stick, BUT it has replaced by Roku 2 in the living room! Very responsive and supports users on Hulu and Netflix.

My 2nd stck from Roku. Bought this to upgrade my roku 1 which I cant use for my 5ghz band router for faster streaming. This does not disappoint! Roku fan right here!

I like the Roku but I don't like that I cannot update the ones I have. I have 3 and I would pay to upgrade, but I have to buy a new unit to get the best part of the upgrade. Main interface could be more user friendly.

I was looking for a starting place to access streaming services after cutting the cable cord. This was a great solution. Consolidates many streaming services.
