Although we have Apple devices, we decided to get the ROKU instead for all the available apps we can use on this product. The interface may be ancient, but, it does its job. We really enjoy it!

Roku is a great media device just like the rest. It just depends which want you prefer or need to use. They all have there differences. Otherwise with wouldn't have so many choices to choose from.

I notice a big difference with the wireless on this model over earlier models. Performance is excellent.

I love my Roku stick. Works great with my Time Warner. Just download the Time Warner app. and get pretty much all of the same channels, Live!!!!

Works as advertised. In addition to popular streaming service apps, lots of other free content. For cord cutters I would say this is essential.

I have spectrum and there is an app for the Ruku. I am saving a lot of money. because of Ruku i dont have to use a cable box. -AWESOME....

Perfect size and cost to performance ratio. Wish that it have NFL Sunday ticket and could connect to WPA2 enterprise networks but otherwise good.

Bought this just for CBS All Access but ended up using several more channels. Works great all in real time (if you have good internet speed)

Roku is cool but for me it's taking a while to learn just how to use it. It's not that the device is difficult to control, it's just that there are SO many choices! I've tapped into several of the available channels that are part of the stick and was REALLY disappointed. From the quality of the content to the constant commercial interruptions. This being said, if one LIMITS themselves to a few well researched options, ROKU can be a really cool portal to some expansive Television viewing for a LOT less than the local community antenna monopoly.

I use these for PlayStation vue and they work great. The GUI for Roku needs work but the sticks work great. I prefer these over the Roku boxes.

I am constantly adding new channels to my Roku. It amazes me how much I am watching on this versus through satellite. Excellent product.

Had purchased a Insignia 39" Roku TV which was first experience with Roku. Loved the interface, so bought the stick for the non-Roku 39" TV. Same remote, same interface, easily execute in man cave

Bought this and canceled cable. I'm saving over $110 per month. I'm going to buy another one for another room. Lots of movies and shows to watch.

If you have no cable but wifi and just want something to watch movies on and stuff this is a great buy . Especially for college dorms and hotels

Works great and easy set up. My only tip is that you may need to use Google Chrome to initiate some of the channels instead of Internet Explorer.

Have this hooked up to a computer in my garage that doesn't have coaxial cable access. Perfect solution good enough to use on only TV as well.

I have been having fun trying to learn where to look for free content. You need to have a cable provider to make the most of this device. (I do not) Although there is plenty of content available.

Perfect way to replace cable if you get Netflix and sling tv. Much cheaper as well. Very sleek design allows the stick to plug in behind your tv.

This Roku stick loads quickly. I had exchanged one product for this one and I was delighted in this purchase. Now I want one for my living room.

I had the 1st Gen Amazon stick and it was so slow, that I stopped using it. The Roku stick is super fast and the wifi does not go in and out.
