Decided to cut back on the Comcast and save a little money. This was a good choice for an older tv to receive the the Netflix account .

Picture quality is acceptable. Video and sound are in sync on all network shows I have watched. Video is very behind the audio on sports shows I have watched (i.e. Brewers & Bucks)

First time setup was a bit annoying, had to create an account and all that. I think we even had to enter credit card information even though we weren't buying anything, which is sad.

initial bugs keeping remote synched but after two changes of new alkaline batteries problem seems solved. but good customer service from Roku. issues resolved and working fine.

It's great to be able to access everything on the Roku. As time goes on, we'll probably use it more and more and DirectTV less.

I read the reviews and picked the one that best fit my needs. I plugged it in, signed into my wifi and it worked gread, no problems.

Was really nervous about going the streaming route, but the Roku sticks have been awesome. Haven't had any problems out of it so far

I love this product so much i bought a second one. i only gave it four stars as i am still learning how to use everything it offers. i wish there were instructions that came with it

Love it! We have Time Warner Cable and decided to only get one DVR box. With the Roku, we are able to watch live TV on the TWC app.

The stick works just as advertised. Easy to use the controls and connects to the TV with ease and works as is it suppose to.

I was very impressed with the quality of service that you were able to get with the Roku device. Definitely worth the price.

it makes your tv smart.. i use it to watch youtube videos ..without any buffering this device has great speed to stream video

I recently ditched my cable boxes for Roku streaming sticks. I am very happy and will never go back to paying for cable boxes again!

I love my Roku. I have no issues with buffering and the interface is extremely simple. I cut my cable and am having zero regrets!

work great most of the time, but has frozen up more than once. the only way to get it going again is to reboot it and reenter all of your channels. Customer Service is great and helpful

I have recommend this products to all my friends. Every satisfied with the products and the money I have saved is unbelievable.

I love it it works great and no huge cable bill. My grand kids can work it great. I have 4 of them in my house. All wireless.

This is one of many Roku units I have, but I added this one because of the private listening feature in the 2016 model. The idea of wireless headphones while working out was too good to pass up. Unfortunately, the audio performance through headphones is spotty at times and just generally inconsistent. I'm keeping it in hope of a software update that will resolve the problem, but it's enough of an issue to only give it 3 stars.

Love it. I can catch up on episodes. Also my guest room does not have a satin lite receiver so I use roku since only used occasionally
