I have the first HDMI stick and upgraded to this one. I'm happy I did! It moves faster and is more up to date with firmware on the channels.

I bought this mainly for my wife and kids. Runs smoother than expected as we have one of those Roku travel devices. It’s okay but overheats if kept plugged in. Anyway, the stick works way better and Roku products in general make things much easier to deal with. Considering everything is all in one. We all love it.

This Roku stick is very easy to use and makes streaming from other devices simple. The included remote makes it even more user friendly and easy to set up to work with your TV. This is a very inexpensive way to upgrade any TV with an HDMI connection without buying a new TV that has built in WI-FI, ROKU, or SMART TV already built in for hundreds of dollars.

I bought it for my sons room to connect with the spectrum cable. It does get rather hot but is working great so far. He also uses it to watch Hulu. Also enjoy the remote with the volume button included plus it automatically/ easily connects to your tv without looking up a code.

I wanted a roku remote for my tv to watch slingtv. I did want to use two remotes one to turn on and off. This takes care of both. I love it.

Happy with the purchase. This device is a new technology for us, but it’s pretty user friendly. Felt a little uncomfortable having to connect a credit card to it though.

Bought this so I wouldn't have to run cable to a back room. Works well, able to watch movies without connecting a cable to the television.

This is my second Roku Streaming Stick. I am using my first one almost daily and decided I would like on in my office too. Super easy to install, everything you need comes in the box. And even easier to set up. Excellent way to bring thousands of programs to your TV at a very affordable price. Shipping was fast too.

I did not know this small purchase would give me access to so many online viewing options. It is easy to use and the volume button on the side is a great addition. The only complaint is that they used to have the Amazon button on its face but it has been replaced by “NOW” by ATT-whatever that is. Overall, I am very happy with it and the price.

New Roku streaming stick was easy to set up. The remote can turn the tv on and adjust the volume. When the stick synched with my wifi, most of the channels appeared on my tv screen. It also has Vocal Recognition, this is great ! To make sure I don't lose it. I purchased a glow-in-dark case for it.

We are so excited for our new Roku. Planning on doing away with cable simply because of all of the options. Easy to set up. Inexpensive.

A cheap way to start out streaming if you have never tried before. I find at that this model can tend to overheat and eventually wear out, but I moved on to the 4K model and a 4K sound bar for my 2 tv's.

The Roku stick is a great way to stream content on Netflix, Hulu, and hundreds of other apps.

Was a little worried about the wireless capability since this is such a small item, but it seems to be working just fine from all areas of the 2 story family home. Quick menu response and I can watch most of the network and cable channels now on other TV's without having to pay a monthly fee for a cable box. Comcast also has in BETA their own app.. so you can hook it up to Live TV through the Roku App if you have a Comcast Account. This will pay for itself in @4 months (by not needing to rent an additional cable box).

I bought the Roku to replace an older media player and I have to say that I'm angry that I didn't do it sooner. The ease of use makes navigating the interface and channel selection completely easy. The voice remote only adds to the features of the remote controlling the TV as well. Have already been recommending it to friends and family.

I recently bought a Tv with Roku installed. After using it for a few days I bought another Roku for my other tv because it makes it so easy to access all of my streaming platforms. Well worth it and the remote is perfectly streamlined! I will gladly buy another if I don’t buy another tv with it installed.

We had the 3600R which the remote never worked. Bought the 3800R and is great with the volume and on/off button. No problems so far.

Cable and satellite companies have for far too long over charged it's customers. Roku is a perfect option. I can purchase what I want but get many shows for free. I have a small limited income and this is perfect!

I would buy more of these because of the quickness of the wireless signal and ease of use

Pros 1. Does exactly what a Roku is supposed to do. 2. Easy installation. 3. Does not take up space, plugs into HDMI port on the TV. Cons 1. Can't use a universal remote, you need the Roku remote that comes with it. 2. If you have a wall mounted TV, you need to hide the charging wire (USB to micro USB cable to power the stick). 3. The wire is short, so a USB hub or USB source needs to be close by. Overall, a good product, I gave it 5 starts due to the cons.
