I needed to get rid of my cable provider, and I had just purchased a Roku TV for my mom as a gift. I loved it, so I decided to give this stick a try before making a much more expensive purchase on a bigger and better Roku TV for myself. This passed the test with flying colors. Aside from the fact I don't get my local sports channels (MSG), the quality and cost are both great. I highly recommend this product as an alternative to cable, or just having it in general.

easy to use love the power and volume option for the tv... also love that you don't have to point it to a sensore. lots of good free content and it pairs with xfinity so you can use it another box and don't have to pay for and extra box a month.

Works very good. You can easily add apps this was my second and third Roku and will be getting rid of cable soon

It does have a learning curve, but is pretty easy to use and get used to.

I decided to upgrade when this went on sale. Power button on the remote is an added bonus. Very easy to program.

Was very surprised how great ROKU complemented my viewing pleasure.I had to manually add YouTube though on the ROKU boxes it showed that Youtube was part of the apps.. Small inconvenience.

I like my Roku stick and it's made some very good improvements on my tv. First, if you use a Roku stick & have a Spectrum cable account, you don't need a box or to use the cable wall box to get spectrum. You can plug your tv in wherever you like. The down side is that there are a few inconveniences - no Spectrum On Demand, no DVR, it tends to shut off on me overnight if I don't change something over a period of time, like if I fall asleep. Upside is that I have 2 streaming services and all are easily accessed via my Roku stick. In spite of the inconveniences, I do really like it. I don't use the voice remote at all. With my favorite streaming services, I've been tempted to cut down on my Spectrum subscription to only the bare minimum channel and have my steaming channels. The picture on my tv is brilliant HD on a new tv, but the voices are out of sync with the video. May need rebooting. I would do it again. I really like the Roku.

We transitioned from an older version of Roku -- and the transition and set up of the new stick was so easy. Nice having the volume and TV power all in one. We really like Roku TV -- have a much better experience than with any of the satellite or cable companies.

Easy to use. Easy to set up. Works with our older tv (more than 5 years old). We had the 2016 Roku Stick and very unsatisfied with it. This upgraded model is awesome, the power button to turn the tv on and off is great, and volume control with the same remote, superb updates!!! VERY HAPPY WITH THIS DEVICE!

I purchased this Riki after Black Friday sale still At a great price. I enjoy having the volume buttons on the remote and I can also turn my tv on/off with it. I have another Roku that doesn’t have this feature so I have to keep up with two remotes to control the tv. This one is my fav.

Roku is probably one of the best streaming devices out there. Easy to set-up, use and price is competitive to competitors. I own three and love them! If there is one issue, very rarely the remote control loses pairing with the device.

The Roku is a great product. It’s very easy to set up and use. I never have any issues when using it. I’m able to download tons of apps and easily navigate. I also really like that the Roku app allows you to control your tv if you’ve misplaced the remote.

I love the voice control!!! So much easier! Say whatever program or movie you want to watch and all the different apps pop up where you can watch ! Love that it was extremely easy to connect to your TV and now I only need one remote!!

I really like the flexibility of the Roku. I can access everything that I want and it is very simple yo use.

I recently cut the cable TV cord and have been using Roku to watch TV. This new Roku operates the TV (power and volume) and it makes only having to use one remote control great. I love this upgraded unit. The set up was easy, in fact it practically sets itself up.

Worked perfectly right out of the box. Set up on an old set in wife’s craft room. From a few OTA channels to many crystal clear streams immediately without paying for another cable box. All local channels found. Highly recommend

This is a purchase that I should have made months ago! I love being able to watch what I want, when I want, and not be restricted to my current cable line up. When my move is complete, I will subscribe to Sling for sure. Picture quality is great, and navigation with the remote is easily done.

Works great and easy to install, highly recommend if you want to break from expensive cable subscriptions!

We now have 3 Roku devices in the house including 2 of these Streaming Sticks. If you don't need 4K, then this is the device for you. It steams all of our favorite channels and even has power and volume buttons for your TV. We've ditched cable and have not thought about going back.

Not bad. You can dump your $150.00 cable or satellite bill with all those channels you don't watch and grab this cheaper alternative.
