If you are a cord cutter and are looking for a convient set up this is it. It is compact and easy to set up. This remote controls many apps and also your tv. I really enjoy hooking up to the phone app and being able to listen to my tv via ear phones. It keeps from disturbing others in the room.

I recently cut the cable TV cord and have been using Roku to watch TV. This new Roku operates the TV (power and volume) and it makes only having to use one remote control great. I love this upgraded unit. The set up was easy, in fact it practically sets itself up.

This was easy to set up and use. We opted to NOT do cable tv anymore. This worked well with my older tv.

I love the voice control!!! So much easier! Say whatever program or movie you want to watch and all the different apps pop up where you can watch ! Love that it was extremely easy to connect to your TV and now I only need one remote!!

Roku is probably one of the best streaming devices out there. Easy to set-up, use and price is competitive to competitors. I own three and love them! If there is one issue, very rarely the remote control loses pairing with the device.

This streaming stick was easy to set up. I like that there is no box, just plug it in to the HDMI slot.

the 2017 version with vol control and tv power is the best. I can get back to just one remote. Roku even has many free movies. I use it instead of TWC digital box and select Spectrum and get all the same channels I have on my Spectrum account without the monthly fee for the digital box.

The Roku Streaming Stick has been very easy to setup and use. We have Cable for our TV and Internet. The Roku enables us to eliminate the need for cable boxes (and their Monthly Charge$$) in rooms where we chose. This is the 3RD Roku we have purchased. The apps available give us the choices in Streaming that we want. The only SLIGHT negative for this particular Roku Stick is the lack of a Mute Button.

Have had Roku devices since they first came out. Recently cut the cord and tried "directv now",only 2 of my roku devices were compatible and required newer rokus. Directv Now recently updated thier software for Roku and was extremely impresssed with newr Roku on speed and performace.

Turns your TV into a smart TV. Just plug it in and the set up is super simple. I’m very happy with it

I have had every version of a Roku player. The updated Roku streaming stick is one of my favorites due to its low cost and impressible features. The volume and power buttons to control the TV are amazing because it reduced the need to use the standard TV remote.

Worked perfectly right out of the box. Set up on an old set in wife’s craft room. From a few OTA channels to many crystal clear streams immediately without paying for another cable box. All local channels found. Highly recommend

I plan to buy at least one more for another tv in my home. Easy to set up and use. Great way to get rid of receivers & DVRS from cable companies, download their free app, use your Roku device and get all of the channels you are use to. Saves me about $25-$30 monthly.

Love this Roku stick! It comes with voice remote and volume control, just like what I’m used to with my old cable remote. Helps me find any channel or show/movie I’m looking for without keying it in the remote. No need for a separate remote just to turn my tv off/on and adjust the volume. I have another Roku stick that doesn’t have this option and what a pain it it is! Worth the extra 10 bucks!

We have a Roku TV in our main family room but used Amazon Fire sticks for upstairs and in the basement for about a year. We recently converted to Xfinity stream (Cable over the internet from Comcast) but their app is only available on Roku. We found were were missing the few channels we liked via the Xfinity app so I pulled the trigger on this Roku stick. Up an running in 5 minutes (as expected) but the best thing is now we only need 1 remote to control the TV! Roku does power and volume (in addition to the app controls of course) whereas the Amazon fire sticks do not and required us to keep 2. Love it and will be selling my gently used fire sticks to someone else and standardizing on Roku across my home. And because my Xfinity stream includes CBS, I'm probably going to remove my cbs.com subscription also saving me $12/month on that (which I do think is a great app btw. Just unnecessary now).

The Roku streaming stick was easy to set up and is easy to use. It does exactly what it advertises with little effort on my part. I had a system installed in the family room that I use to stream Netflix and the Roku stick is much better for 1/20 of the cost. I highly recommend this.
