I love this new Ultra Roku 4k Device. Had previous version that didn't seem to work well with my 4k tv. For some reason I had to use 1080p to get a non pixilated picture so I took it back. When the Ultra came out I decided to try it once again. Its UI is fast, Picture is amazing!

Purchased online then pickup was straightforward. Installation of the Roku Ultra was very simple and easy using wired ethernet, HDMI to TV and plugging in to an electrical outlet. Device itself is very intuitive and a bonus is the earplug capability for private listening using the Roku remote. Wonderful product now that I've joined the "Cord-cutters Union".

Got a new TV and just thought I would upgrade my Ruku. The new one does the new stuff my new TV does and the old one works great in the bedroom with older TV.

I have had two previous Roku's and this is by far the best ever.. It streams all available services without a hic-cup. The picture for alll services is the best I have ever seen. I have a 65 inch OLED TV and the picture quality exceeds cable. It takes about 15 minutes to set up. Buy you won't regret purchase. Best buy service was great for in store pick-up.

I have a fire stick, Apple TV and the Roku. The Roku has by far the best content and price.

The initial worked well but the remote failed after about 2 months. I liked the responsiveness and the remote finder was great. Had to return it though.....

Review for Roku Ultra Streaming is excellent. Fast menus and I have no buffering. Straight forward Roku setup with lots of channels available. The OK button has been moved into the 4-position selector - nice. One Con: I could not log into my VUDU account. The app for VUDU on this Roku is set in UPPER CASE (for email name) on login screen. No shift to lower case available - so my login fails.

I have 3 TV's in my home 2 have Roku's and I have 2 rental Cabins here at Lands Creek Log Cabins in North Carolina and they both have Roku in each Cabin, Customers Love this added feature. I have purchased all of them from Best Buy, and have only had 1 go bad but it was after a Duke energy power outage (blink) so I'm guessing that it got fried.

The best thing I like about shopping at Best Buy is that if there is a problem, they make it right. This is very much appreciated.

Much better picture and much easier to operate than apple tv.

Loved the idea of having a roku after researching. 4K resolution works great with my set recommend the ultra version hands down.

Happy to stream shows and movies using this devise. Easy to add apps. Remote voice command and search simplifies finding things.

Not hard to hook up at all with a HDMI cable,but must have an internet and a router to use the programs it has on it. Otherwise I love Netflix and Vudu and MLB TV. No problems at all with the unit. Has 4K picture for movies on some programs. The Roku Premier has the same programming,but not the HDR programming witch is a little cheaper in price.

I went into my local Best Buy in search of a birthday gift to myself. I passed by the Roku section and saw the 4K ultra. I picked it up, researched it, and made the decision to buy the product. At this point, I love it. So much 4K waiting for me. I'll definitely recommend this device, along with the awesome employees at my local Best Buy.

Am very pleased with my new Roku. It does stream very well on my 4K tv and can watch DirectTv Now on there only one of the reasons why we got this. And it was on sale when we did price match so saved a little extra! The remote was pretty easy to use abd love the background screen when idle. Looks like a fish aquarium. So far no troubles.

Great Picture, easy to use, but still waiting on promised directv now app.....
