The Roku Ultra is rock solid in terms of picture. It is great for 4K tvs. The sound is plagued by the same issues that have been present for the last generation of Roku units. It has occasionally locked up and had to be reset. All in all a good unit but still some opportunity.

good product easy to install work fast and very nice reception

I bought this wonderful electronic marvel and it's better than the Apple TV that I've been using and their upgrades for over 10 years! I actually bought it so we could watch Amazon Prime movies and was pleasantly surprised by the clarity of this Roku Ultra. Do yourself a favor and buy one...you won't be sorry!

This Roku player does have a premium price but it is well worth it. While the picture quality depends on your ISP bandwidth, if you have the speed for 4K picture, this displays it perfectly. The wireless adapter is fast but I love the ability to plug it directly into the router but seamless steaming.

Roku Ultra is a well improved then previous versions. It don't make noise and very fast in streaming as compared to previous versions. Audio and video quality is fantastic, far better than Apple TV.

Unfortunately the remote control on this device will just stopped working for no apparent reason. I have replaced batteries, I tried to take the batteries out and then back in. I turned off the Roku and turned it back on. Eventually the remote will start working again but it's very frustrating when you're trying to turn the channel and it suddenly won't work or you want to pause for a minute and it doesn't work.

Picture quality is good but slow some times. Response time for remote click is very slow.

Easy to install and the remote was excellent and easy to use

Pleasantly surprised how good the Roku is. It offers more than I imagined. Looking to cut the cable and this is a good alternative. Too bad the internet companies are so expensive when you don't take their TV and Phone bundle. Which will be the most economical? Still doing the math on this one.

This Roku works awesome for me. The WiFi remote with the remote finder is a great feature with kids.

My sister suggested I purchase a Roku and I'm so glad she did! Discovering Netflix has been great!

For the most part , Roku is a good streaming device. Resolution , picture quality good. The bad , somewhat glitchy and unresponsive at times. Hard to move around platform , app placement and selection of apps not to good. Hopefully newer edition will correct many problems effecting Device.

Great little device. Bye-bye cable TV! Works for most apps and my SlingTV. Highly recommend it.

Processor is very fast. No issues with wireless streaming even with live tv. We mainly stream PlayStation Vue, Netflix, and HBO now. Also like the volume feature on the remote so other than needing another remote to turn on and off the tv we only need the Roku remote when viewing.

the ultra version is the 4k best streamer I have owned,and the worst remote IF you are accustomed to previous versions (select button moved location)leading to frustration, when instead of selecting an action ,it exits that back to a previous screen. solution for me was to pair Roku 4 remote to the Roku ultra, hence the 4 rating

It is hard to believe we have gotten to this point where we have little boxes like this that are just plug and play. Connect power and a single HDMI and all the media on the planet Earth is at your fingertips. Integrate this with a control system such as C4 and you are rocking! Great box!

You just can't go wrong with this Roku if you want it all: Convenience, awesome features, and most importantly: 4K & HDR support! - Though it is a tad slower than a Roku 3, it's still fast enough. Setup is so simple that pretty much anyone can do it no matter how techie you are.

Good buy if you get rid of cable. Remote functions good. The system operates smooth no lag.
