Upgraded from the first generation streaming stick to go with my 4K TV. Installation was easy. Included remote control is familiar and easy to use. Also works with smart phone, tablets and my new Harmony Remote that has wifi capability. If you have 4K you need this!

The Roku was good for what I was looking for. You’ll get YouTube, Amazon, and the rest of all channels

Good video processing of 1080P content to 4K. Internet connection is stable with Ethernet connection. Good selection of apps. Has voice search, which can be a bit inconsistent. Point and click is better for accessing apps and content. Settings are easy to access.

Great item, works great, takes up no space and can be mounted in small spaces.

The picture quality is great and it supports a lot of great video apps. I've had a couple of times where I've needed to reboot it because it black screens and won't respond to the controller. Hopefully newer software updates resolve this because I really like the quality and interface.

Does everything it claims to. Went out and got another one for another TV :-)

I wanted to be able to see shows on Netflix, Amazon etc. I bought the Roku and had the Geek Squad install. I love it. After Mark explained how to use it, I tried it and bam, worked like a charm. Be careful, I binge watched Bloodline and somehow lost a day...

It's a great 4K device. But I had lots of problem with the HDR on Netflix where it will not display HDR content on my Samsung Un55KS8500 tv and yes I do have the 4K streaming for Netflix. After a while I gave up on the HDR feature.

This is my 4th Roku upgrade. In my opinion this is the best streaming device

I had a firestick previously and had constant trouble with it. I upgraded to the Roku Ultra and couldn't be happier. Huge choice of channels and movie to choose from, with a library of new channels that you can add according to your particular taste.

What a great device! Opened a whole new world to me. Said bye bye to cable!

With the push of a button, we always find the ever elusive remote. And with the Roku app on my phone, I can control any Roku in the house and change the sound to my phone. Fun for pranking my kids and making sure they are watching appropriate content

I have been using and loving Roku boxes since the first gen. But this one checks your TV for different technical types of 4k and HDMI types that if your not a Techie are not simple. The beauty of Roku has always been the simple plug and play and not needing more than the simple remote because of it... The set up for this box was not simple at all. It kept defaulting to 1080p on my Hisense 4k television or simply not playing, or glitching out with a totally purple screen. I think I stumbled across a setup that's working now, after playing around in some settings that I didn't fully understand, but that's not the experience in used to with Roku. And the need for just a little more programmability is still there on the remote. If I'm using the Roku box, I have to change remotes for simple stuff like the volume... Come on now. And two pre programmed buttons that I'll never use, but can't change. Smh. Overall 4 out of 5. Setup and remote are the weak points. Otherwise she great Roku product.

ROKU 4K Ultra HD works easily and the viewing is amazing. My system recognizes ROKU quickly and switches over easily so I can begin watching my shows. When I'm finished using the ROKU I'm able to quickly return to my normal viewing with few steps.

I picked this up after upgrading to a 4k tv to watch Amazon streaming in 4k. Out of the box it did not work, I kept getting HDCP 2.0 errors. Bought a new hdmi cable that was compliant, same issue. Long story short, I found that to pass the Issue, both the Roku AND the TV need to be on wired ethernet. Even though the wireless throughput is within spec of being able to stream 4k, i could not satisfy Amazon. Do yourself a favor, if you get this box, wire your ethernet, and the tv. I just picked up a small 5-port gigabit switch as i only have one drop to the area. It will save you a ton of headache and google searches trying to figure out why the heck 4k streaming can be so difficult.

Love Roku! had to replace first generation sticks (3 years old). Only downside is generally due to poor application development. Love the headphone jack in the remote; allows me to watch during off hours without interrupting the sleeping family.

This is a great product. And it keeps getting more material and features

We got fed up with the cable bill and decided to purchase a ROKU in order to help us cut the cord. We have been totally happy with the decision and like the ROKU. I especially like the fact that you can plug a set of headphones into the remote.

I got this for my mom who has a cognative disability. I tried the new Apple TV and the touch remote was too difficult for her. I then tried the Amazon Fire TV and that remote did not have arrows on it. The Roku was the best. Easy to navigate for her.

Best streaming device on the market. I wouldn’t go with any other brand
