Going to cut the cord soon and needed something versatile, speedy, and easy to operate. Love that you have a remote (unlike chromecast) and the headphones for those laying in bed on the remote are nice to not disturb sleeping. Would like to be able to turn it off though. Seems to just stay on 24/7.

I purchased the Ultra and the Stick thinking the picture quality would be the same since they both have the same processor. In my opinion the Ultra picture is better with respect to colors and resolution. Also, the Ultra remote control has volume control and a headphone jack which come in handy.

High quality video. Plays my 4k home videos from flash drive or my network drive in formats that my smart tvs, 4k player and playstation can't. Compatible with Pureflix. The controller is great, it is not limited to line of sight and can receive the audio so you can watch quietly and not bother others.

I cut the cord and love it! Roku is awesome. However, I think the stick works just as well as The Ultra. I haven’t seen anything besides the fish tank screen saver that would make me spend the extra money. The remote does not control my tv sound so I still need two remotes. I recommend trying the stick to see if you like Roku in general. It is much cheaper. You also need to buy an HDMI CABLE in order for this to work. It is not included.

This is a great option for getting rid of cable TV boxes. The picture quality seems much better that the cable boxes. The remote is the Roku's top-of-the-line and has added features that come in handy. I do wish, however, that I could control the volume with the remote. Haven't figured that out yet.

The Roku has become my goto for watching streaming services after getting rid of cable. The picture quality is great. on my 4K TV. I also love the headphone jack on the remote. When my wife falls asleep and I put in the head phones and not disturb her, I also can hear over the snoring.

This is my 4th Roku, all still being used. I bought this Roku, because I was so tired of dealing with the slowness and GUI of my smart TV to access the internet based channels. The Roku Ultra was easy to install; up and running in 5 minutes. In addition, I love the Navigation of the Roku products. Just so glad I do not have to deal with the "smart" TV features to access the channels and even happier that my wife is happy.

Really like the fact that I can use the headphone plugged into the remote to listen to the tv.

I replaced my Roku 3 with the latest Roku Ultra mainly due to buffering with the 3. My 5G Wi-Fi is much faster than my 2.4G, and the Roku 3 would not see my 5G network. Also the Ultra has the newest 802.11 ac wifi adapter, currently the fastest one. I always thought the 3's operations and navigations were top notch, and the Ultra carrrys this forward. Easy to set up, easy to use, I wish all products were this easy. I don't have UHD or 4K with my last model TOL Samsung 60" Plasma (I love the look of plasma, RIP) but the 1080p performance is stellar on all accounts. VUDU has a speedtest which displays the network speed on a bargraph, 9mBps being the top, and it usually was up there, but faltered enough to trigger buffering. The VUDU bar on the Ultra now has an expanded scale, to 4K, and when running the test, it immediately maxes it out, with UHD speeds, and the bitmeter display when watching a film maxes out instantly. Roku is by far the best media streaming playing you can get. Especially when it comes to 4K UHD + HDR content. I have a very large VUDU library and no other media player comes close to the performance and reliability of Roku. I really like how user-friendly they are.

I bought the Roku stick because of it good ratings. The reviews were right. However, the Roku Ultra is so much faster and easier to use. I use the voice command on the remote all the time, it is very accurate. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to stream TV.

This is the top product in the ROKU line, very easy setup, fantastic picture quality and sound and the ability to listen using headphones makes it great for nighttime viewing, overall its wonderful, great interface and easy to find new and interesting channels.

Price matched to Fry's. This is by far the best streamlng receiver on the market.
