The two men that came to install did not finish the job. They left the big box and all it's remains at another floor in my apartment. We had to individually take the contents out and walk several times to the recycle bin. I want my money back.

I'm only giving a four star not because the gentleman did a less than installation for me. He was great setting everything up quickly. I have steep stairs and they should really consider having two people when stairs are involved. It was very difficult for one person to get the rower upstairs. I kept waiting for an accident to happen. I recommend spending the money for install if you have steep stairs. If you don't, I think install would be easy to do on your own.

Great experience with the delivery/installation of my Hydrow machine. These guys were over-booked and fought through several hours of traffic to make sure I got my Hydrow on the scheduled day - even though it was late in the evening and they could have easily chosen to push back the delivery date. Solid professional service from Nihad and his father! The guys were knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain the machine to me. If I could give them more stars I would! 10/10 experience.

The delivery was on time. The Geek Squad was amazing! They set everything up, cleared out the trash, and took time to make sure I am satisfied with everything. I am extremely happy. I wouldn’t and couldn’t have bought the rower directly from Hydrow because they will only deliver to the curb! How am I to move 200+ lbs off the curb?? If I didn’t find the rower at Best Buy and they deliver into my house, I couldn’t have bought the rower I wanted!

OMG I cant believe I paid for this the 2 delivery guy's took 5 min to put the monitor and the feet on it probably took longer to take it out of the box than put that stuff on ...also all of the tools you needed came with the hydrow dont get me wrong the guys were super nice and very friendly but i could of put the 4-6 bolts in and away they went not worth the money on this rowing machine

The men who delivered/assembled this 200lb Hydrow (actual weight when still in box) up to my 3rd floor apartment were prompt, efficient, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They were available for any technical questions and made sure things were working properly before departing. Very pleasant experience for me and I was very excited to get the delivery so smoothly. Thank you to that team!!

Geek squad did an excellent job. Steve and his two team members did the assembly and the installation quickly and made sure it is setup in the right location and let me try it before they left. They took all the empty boxes packaging material etc with them and left no debris behind which is awesome. This is the first time ever I used geek squad and very pleased with their service.

All the other installations I have Best Buy have been flawless but this one was more challenging: It was rescheduled twice. And the first time they were supposed to come, they didn't show up and didn't give me a notice at all and it was a day that was super hard for me to take the time to be around all day waiting for them to deliver. It was very frustrating. Best Buy doesn't have a dedicated team to install exercise equipment, or at least rowing machines, so Best Buy outsourced it to another company and they're the ones who were really difficult to work with.

The delivery and install guys were great and very professional. The Hydrow machine is probably not the most complicated assembly, but it was very nice not to have to deal with the weight and set up.

Fast and easy. Two guys arrived, unboxed the rower and set up the machine in 30 mins. I am deducting one star because I had to keep reminding them to keep their masks in place and cover their noses

They were quick to install but I do have an issue of they either stripped out the bolts on the stand on the rower or the bolts were too long. They should be sitting in a pocket designed to hold the bolts. Machine would still work but I do expect things to be installed properly when I pay the money. The boss will be out Monday to see about fixing the issue. I will keep you posted what happens. They only install the mechanical side, You will get the internet and connections yourself

The Geek Squad crew arrived on time and had my Hydrow up and running in no time. They waited to make sure that I was able to get signed on before leaving and cleaned up all of the packing materials.

Professional delivery and installers with attention to detail, well worth the money to have it done by a professional. Highly recommended to know it was done right the first time.

Delivery was on time and quick, (once they worked out the kinks of delivering such a heavy and huge rower). Installation was very fast and delivery personnel were friendly and new carpet conscious, lol.

My install team was highly professional, extremely friendly, and personable. They did a thorough demo for me and cleaned up the mess. Made life easier for me!

They came and built my rower and it works great . I have one more apt to get the elliptical set up next week hopefully I get the same guys they were great

The guys did a great job getting it up to my spare bedroom and setting it up. They also walked me through setting up my Hydrow profile/account.
