Not great

At one point I heard a crash downstairs and the phrase "whoa, i didn't know it did that!" followed by stifled laughter. As I've had problems with the resistance motor, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the install team that caused the damage, but since I didn't sit with them to supervise and also signed a form waiving their culpability in case of damage to the item or any of my other property in my house, my advice would be to watch these folks when they do the installation and don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions.

Money spent for no reason

I could’ve assembled the product myself. There was no attempt to set up the computer, internet, etc. Additionally, the Best Buy team members who delivered spoke very little English so it was very challenging to communicate.

Schwinn Rower
