When I went to install this disc's software, it did NOT install the Roxio product advertised. Instead it installed a different brand site (which I thought had possibly bought out Roxio?), and all the site would do would be to offer "upgrades", if I'd buy them that might do what I intended the Rosio software to do. I want my money back!

Windows 10 would not let me install my CD creator 9 so I bought Easy Cd creator to make MP3 CDs for my carousel CD player. Tried several copy options, none of which my player recognized. Never had this problem with the older version software.

If you have the chance to stream music with your computer, this is the best answer to record the music and later, burn your disk with outstanding quality.

Roxio gives you the ability to copy, backup, and make quality CDs. No questions. No problems. Good stuff. I highly recommend this purchase of this product. A++

I found a great CD and DVD burning software with this purchase. If you are looking for an easy and less expensive software, this will be a good purchase.

Geek Sqad told me i needed it, and come to find out i cant use it for purpose intended. Needless to say, it has been opened, so it is non refundable.

So far I could only back up a CD. It takes awhile to copy a CD, but it was an exact copy and performed quite well.

The music id function keeps trying to complete some sort of setup when the button is clicked on and requires a computer restart the function does not want to work. I contacted Roxio and got a response from Coral Support (who owns Roxio now) that it is not a registration issue, I did not submit as such. They show as resolved and all attempts for contact and Resolution have been unanswered.

Item was cheap, under $25. I was just looking for a simple program to back up my photography on dvd. This program was a poor purchase as it did not work with my dell 5000 series. I couldn't even download the program. And being that it I opened it, I could not get a refund.

Is not compatible. DVD jumps doesn't play on DVD player and I have correct DVD.

This software is near complete crap for Windows 10! Forget what the box says about it being ok to use with Windows 10, it’s near complete bullcrap. I say “near complete bullcrap” because, if you have Windows 10 like I do, it works fine if all you’re looking to do is rip a CD/DVD to the software and not transfer it to a DVD/CD. If, however, you’re looking to copy a DVD on to a blank DVD, you’re outta luck. Every time the Roxio software would successfully rip a DVD and prompt me to insert a blank DVD to finish the process, it would not recognize the Blank DVD. I wasted 30 bucks on this crap and can’t return it because it’s been opened (don’t get me started on that BS policy). If you have Windows 10, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY PURCHASING THIS! Save it and buy some other DVD copy software.

Software kept crashing and doesn't burn DVD from mp4, a common format. Best Buy doesn't return or exchange software. Would have been better off getting trial software from manufacturer. I will never buy software from Best Buy again.

Roxio is my goto burning discs - it handles UDF file systems excellently and handles my audio and video disc burning requirements with ease .

This is a program I have used in the past and needed to reinstall on my new computer. Great product and inexpensive.

Was harder to use than I had anticipated. Ended up purchasing another product.

Easy to load. took a bit to understand how to use the program and rip/burn to my computer and portable device

like it and am happy to have it & use it. Thanks a lot.
