Took 3 tries before I could get it to install. When I finally did, it wouldn't burn a disc-kept saying couldn't perform function. When I uninstalled it, my disc burner no longer worked. It had been working fine before I installed this stupid software. I contacted customer support for Corel, who make Roxio-TOTALLY WORTHLESS. The little help they gave never fixed the problem-they are CLUELESS-their big suggestion was to burn to an external drive. WTF!!! Your software screws up my burner, and your big fix is for me to buy a new one?! Total waste of money.

loaded pgm tried to convert dvd to tv dvd player won't convert. not so easy to do. can't see what type of program made dvd to start with. could use more expert help at store and will do so

Program gives errors every time I try to import a video, then freezes the whole program. Best Buy won't accept the return and the company won't refund me. Tried the company's tech support and they take days to return emails and live chat is not helpful. After following their troubleshooting instructions, program still doesn't work. Called customer support and they said email the Best Buy receipt for a refund, then they emailed back to say they won't refund! Opened a BBB ticket today...

I will recommend the product and continue further useage

This is noted that this is an easy cd dvd burning software,It was suggested from an associate that is a good program and is easy to use. I didn't understand it and spend hours trying to figure it out. I ended up deleting it from my computer and went back to Nero which works and is easy to use and works great. Loss of money.

This product does not work after the “GEEK SQUAD” told me this would work for what I need, now I’m stuck with garbage.

I returned this because it would not work with windows 10. Normally I love Roxio Products.

I didn't read reviews before buying. When I read the reviews, I realized that this product would not do what I needed, so I returned the unopened software

Tried to use this with Windows 10, several features wouldn't work and ultimate burns produced flawed files. Spent considerable time on phone with Roxio customer service, which was very accommodating, but even they concluded that the software obviously hasn't been updated for Wdws 10. Had to return it.

We bought this product to put our home videos onto DVD. No where on the box does it say that this program only makes videos WITHOUT sound! What is the point of that? We were even more upset that we can't return the product because it is software and we had to open it to see how bad it is. What a waste of money!! Disappointed that Best Buy even stocks this product and didn't stand behind it.

Not a good software product at all, doesn't copy at all and playing movies is a joke.

Very difficult to figure out how to use it and it's various options

Have to get more expensive program to get much use.

I wanted to Not rate this software BUT can't. This software does not record files in *.mp4 format!!! This was reported by another reviewer and I concur.. I returned the software for a credit on my account.
