Did work but not what I wanted to do with my DVDs.

At first glance, I thought this software was great. Now, I realize that it barely burns images (photos, data) onto the disc! You get what you pay for. I would not recommend this product! Final conclusion!!

It only records the video WITHOUT SOUND. Then it directs you to buy another version so that you can get sound with your video. My money was WASTED!!!!!

installed twice doesn't burn dvds waste of my money would have returned product but busy with work and personal things will never buy these kind of products from best buy again

Unable tyo load this on my Dell computer, windows-10, had to return it to the store and got credit, bought another movie.

followed the online instructions using various methods - still no dvd to play in the dvd player

I needed a DVD copying software program and used one recommended by Geek Sqaud but it didn't perform as expected.

I was look for a program that can burn DVD's and I could never get it to work! Don't waste your money and time!

THis is the worse product for music files ever. Hubby should have looked at reviews first. Feel sorry for him.

I've used similar products before. This one is very difficult to understand. It also doesn't come with instructions.

does not see mp3 or mp4 files thus not useful for my purposes. decent interface

I don't know if it's my computer or the program but it will not load up onto screen.

Software won't load on to hard drive. Error message says try again, which I've done three times with same result.

Product is not easy to use and failed my expectations. This low cost product is not worth the hassle.

This does not work for an Apple product. I own a iMac and to return the product.

I bought this software from Best Buy to replace Windows DVD Maker which is no longer available on Windows 8.1. My wife used the latter software to make quick slide shows from her photos and short videos taken on a Nikon camera. This software is junk. It is slow. It ran my laptop with 8GB of RAM out of memory when my wife tried to make a simple slide show, I presume due to too many photos. The only number of photos limit on Windows DVD Maker was the DVD-R capacity. To add salt to my wounds, I tried to import short MOV videos into the slideshow - it would not. I converted them to AVI videos, but it would not import them either. I imagine if I spent the $70 to upgrade to their full product (pushed inside this software), it might have eliminated these problems. However, the box advertises it can "create photo slideshows" and "easily import video". After this ruse, I was not about to give this company any more of my money. I ended up buying CyberLink PowerDirector 13 Ultra. Lesson learned - Do not cheap out and think this software is worth anything.
