My wife and I started digging on this band when Out of the Black was playing on local radio. We anticipated the album until its release date, and I rushed out to Best Buy to buy it for my wife. Great price and great album. My wife counts this as her favorite album of 20141 Rockin' band, touches on classics--some Led Zep--and more modern influences--Queens of the Stone Age--but manages to exist in their own, special way. Buy this CD!

This is a band I knew nothing about. I looked into them after hearing that they would be at the Foo Fighters concert I am attending. After hearing a couple songs I saw this album at a discounted price and couldn't pass it up. It was a great decision to buy this. This is a great rock album. Powerful sound accompanied by solid lyrics makes this album a must have for any fan of rock music.

Good Debut for Garage Rock Sound

I came upon this album on sale @ Best Buy for super cheap and had a rewards zone coupon for $5 so I took a gamble and picked it up as I had heard the single "Figure It Out" on XM Octane. I was pleasantly surprised when the rest of the album turned out to be worth the whole $2.14 I paid. Royal Blood is kind of like (I stress the "kind of" part) The White Stripes meet The Black Keys I guess you could say...but heavier...kind a garage rock-ish sound...a very modernized version at least. I dig it!

Perfect Combo of Old & New Rock

For anyone who doesn't know this, these guys are a TWO person band and the lead instrument is a bass guitar... Taking that into account with how powerful their music is, these guys made a fantastic album. Perfect combination of old school and new school rock n roll. These guys are also great to see live as well.

What Rock Music Needs

As a lover of rock music, I get pretty upset when I hear what the genre has become over the last few years. This band brings powerful instrumentals and wonderful vocals and lyricism back into the mix. I truly believe Royal Blood will be a huge band one day. This, their debut album, is a must have.

This is a rocking cd from start to finish with some great riffs and great attitude, but the critical acclaim they get overshadows the band that did it first. That band is Death From Above 1979, who's debut album that came out over 10 years ago pioneered the 2 member bass and drum indie hard rock sound. Royal Blood have seen their fair share of critical acclaim by touring with the Foo Fighters and getting praise for this unique sound, with zero acknowledgement to Death From Above 1979. I love Death from Above and feel they should get more of a due than they have gotten. Since I like Death from Above, I like this album as well, but more as a companion to the more superior released album put out the same year by the superior group Death From Above 1979. I'd recommend picking this up, but don't buy the hype that Royal Blood are the sole creators of this genre that other bands have paved the way from before.

I had previously listened to Royal Blood on Forza Horizon 2, as well as with my brother and I was instantly hooked. I would recommend this CD to anyone and everyone and I can't wait for them to release more albums like this one.

Saw this group open for Foo Fighters and was blown away! Had never heard their music, but they sounded great, so I had to buy the CD. Highly recommended! If you like Jack White's music, you'll like Royal Blood.

I heard a couple of tracks on the radio and couldn't pass up the $7.99 price. After listening (recommended at max volume), this was a steal. No filler tracks. Worth buying for every song. Solid group. Solid cd.

First song to final song... KILLER. Heard an interview with Jimmy Page and he said this was his favorite current band. That was good enough for me.

I love the raw sound of this band. Hard to believe it is just a 2 person band. Listened to the whole CD and have not found a song I did not like.

Not saying they are the White Stripes. Jack White is brilliant and has dome some amazing work. I am just saying this album reminds me of them for some reason. I am enjoying the record.
