Works well but too noisy

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was difficult to find a small dehumidifier that could be delivered quickly. This one, which lacked much in the way of reviews, was available. It is one of the loudest, if not the loudest, such machine we have ever owned. It was also the most expensive of the choices we considered.

This sound level is of moderate intensity and is comparable to rainfall, normal conversation, or a dishwasher.
