I was weary in buying it because there were no reviews, so I'm putting in my two cents. This air conditioner is excellent. I use it to cool my room at night. I can turn it on as I go to sleep, with the ambient temperature at 81 degrees, within 30 minutes it cools to 75, and continues down to comfortable 70-68 within an hour. I like it, it's easy to set up, and it works well for my uses.

I used this air conditioner to cool my bedroom and it did a great job. I used it for several months and only needed to empty the condensation tank once during a very humid period.

My wife and I bought this unit because another one we had purchased caused our circuits to trip, so we bought this less powerful one. However, it was made with cheap plastic, arrived broken in places, and did not stick together when assembled. We returned it immediately for a full refund. Do not buy

Bought it for my parents who can't have an AC unit in their fire escape window. Does it good job of keeping living area cool.

Paid $301 out the door. Took about 2weeks to arrive. Use it in my office which is about 400sqft. It takes a while to cool. Fan is quiet. Unit looks very simplistic and basic. It's a decent buy for the price. Try a name brand instead.

We have 5 Siberian Huskies inside a 250 sq ft garage til their kennel and run area are built. It works great keeping all 5 cool.

This unit doesn't adequately cool a 325 sq. ft. room. The room was 81 degrees before turning unit on. Six hours after turning this unit on, the room has cooled to 79 degrees. Air conditioner repair man said that this unit has too low of an air differential of 16 degrees (should be 20-22), and therefore cannot cool properly. I don't know if I received a faulty unit or if they all function this way, but it is being returned.
