    Delivery was timely. Setup and initial startup was simple. The warranty was the deciding factor for purchasing it this unit.

    Unit very noisy going to return it not happy with it !!!It’s in the basement and I can hear it on the 3rd floor

    Received this unit on time. It removes dampness well for the air. Was nice and quiet at start up, fan blows a good amount of air on low speed but my complaint is after running it continuously for the first 8 hours the dehumidifier started vibrating when the compressor kicks in and it is very loud. I can here it upstairs from my basement, not good.
