I'll be brief. 1- The app is impossible to use and in fact, is entirely lacking in any and all support 2- product came damaged on both sides for the hot and cold air intakes 3- the window kit was missing a fitting hole so there was no way to actually mount the unit 4- the items needed to fit the unit don't even work with said unit 5- the remote was dead on arrival, 3 sets of batteries attempted, its a lemon for the price, it can cool the large room, but the cons far outweigh the pros.

This machine can be an AC unit, a dehumidifier, a heater or just a fan. I bought it to use as a dehumidifier but after looking at the instructions, decided to run it in AC mode. I have it in a fairly large room in the basement, running on high (loud) and it blows cold air but the room may be a little too big for it. It still seems humid and is not quite as cool as I would have thought it would get.

I have no idea who might be at fault but when the unit was delivered the box was in tatters the input cord was missing the plug . Any other accessories or manual were gone. Since I work 6x 12 hour plus days I have yet to even try and find where to get the assorted duct work to see if it even works

We have Royal Soverign air conditioner. We pack it up every winter and use it every summer for the past 10 years. Of course we want another to replace our old one. Best Buy had a great deal on one so we ordered and picked it up after a couple of days. After we opened it up things did not look right It had parts belonging to another type of unit and an exhaust pipe that didnt fit either item. We then checked the shipping label and found the warehouse people sent us a return unit that apparently was defective. Couldnt tell because we could not hook it up. Very disappointed in Best Buy Warehouse and the shipping dept. The store was very apologetic and we could not be upset at them as it was not their fault at all. But since this happened they lost the sale. We were going to buy 2 which would have been over a thousand dollars in sales. Since the warehouse screwed up we are not going to shop for any large appliances there either. To bad as we are remodeling the kitchen and purchasing all new appliances which would have been purchased at this location. Now we can not trust the warehouse with big ticket items. I really like the Woodland Best Buy. But I can not take chances with up to several large expensive kitchen appliances sent from the warehouse that apparently thinks customers are to stupid to notice a return item is being sent to them. Personally I find it very insulting. But I will shop at Woodland for in stock items. The review score is for the item, not Best Buy Warehouse

The unit itself its powerfull but not convenient. This is supposed to be a 3 in 1. In order to use as anything but and A/C you need to disconecr and manually transform the unit i found it incovenient. I returned it within 2 days not for me.

Not a good portable ac unit because it makes have to disconnect and reconnect to use a/c and heater.

Got it for home for the summer, it says 700sqf but I guess its just exaggerated. For a smaller room like 200-250sqf it would be great, but then its price is too much. For a bigger area it just couldnt handle it and that is why I bought it. Didnt even use the remote or the wifi and the app.

Did not cool well. Says 700sf but it wouldn't cool my 350sf room

Did not work when received. Returned unit to store. Unit also was wi fi capable which i was not interested in. Said nothing about wi fi in any advertisement

Did not need a wi-fi air conditioner. This was not advertised.

It can only effectively cool about a third of the area it's advertised to

WiF not easy to setup unless you have a router mentioned in the instructions

A little loud but nothing extreme and the cooling system beats the sound. Excellent product.

I have this unit in the bedroom of my apartment, it does not cool it at all.

This unit have 5 functions which is very valuable. But the exhaust has to Vent out side of house which is not suitable for my requirement to keep in basement. Otherwise it is very useful unit.

I had bought three of these machines and all were lemons. Will not be buying again.

Doesn't cool, doesn't heat. No support from Best Buy or Manufacturer.

Compact unit, really cold air. Great price for the quality of this item.

True to sq. Ft. claims. Does very well in a large apt living room. Cools the area in under 20 minutes
