Exchange unable to be processed

Purchased a new phone and wanted to trade this case for case for new phone. Literally unable to exchange after 30 minutes the computer would not show I had picked it up so it could be exchanged even though I had the email showing picked up. Worst computer system

To its credit, the phones were in perfect condition when we traded them up for the next set.
