    I needed a hdmi selector and the one that was in the store had 4 slots and was about $80. So, I looked on and found this one it had 5 slots for half the price and it works really well to.

    This product was exactly what I wanted at a perfect price. I wanted to be able to switch between my Chromecast, GoogleTV and the FiOS box, and my TV only has one HDMI port. This device has come to the rescue. I can even bring my DVD player out of retirement. Switching is easy--just push the button on the remote. That said, there is no other way to switch ports, so if you lose the remote--you are done. I am still searching for the IR codes to program my programmable remote, as a backup just in case.
