Definitely not your regular chick flick, but quite possibly one of the best Nicholas Sparks movies next to the Best of Me. I watched this movie with my husband when it came on the TV and we immediately got sucked in. By the end of the movie he was balling! We were both crying! It's very intense at some points but that is what keeps in so interesting and addicting. Absolutely 100% recommend this movie! Definitely for ages 15 and older unless you skip the bedroom scene cause other than that its perfect for teenage girls. Quite possibly my favorite Nicholas Sparks movie. I recommend to just go ahead a buy it. you won't regret it!

A women who was on the run from an abusive alcohol husband try's to start a new life, get a job, rent a house, fall in love starts a new life in a way she could never imagine. Though her past still haunts her she try's to live a new life. Along the way she meets a widow with two kids and falls in love and he would do anything to protect her from her abusive husband. She will find a way to embrace a new life and starts a journey for years to come. Watch josh duhamel from Ramona and beezus and Julian hough from dancing with the stars based the book by Nicholas sparks embrace a new romance that you will never forget.

I won’t ruin the book or movie for you but this movie is suspenseful and follows the book fairly well. I loved it. My wife read the book and we saw the movie in theater. My daughter just recently read the book and wanted to see the movie so I bought the DVD. I would recommend the movie even if you have not or do not have any intention of reading the book.

SAFE HAVEN IS A GREAT FILM THAT CELEBRATES LOVE AND FAMILY WITH TWO BRILLIANT ACTORS THAT MAKE YOU FORGET YOU ARE WATCHING A MOVIE. A VERY SWEET AND ENTERTAINING FILM THAT WISPS YOU AWAY FROM YOUR LIFE AND JUST LETS YOU GET LOST IN THE STORY. I LOVE MOVIES THAT DO THAT AND I HAVE OVER 500 OF THEM SO I KNOW A GOOD MOVIE WHEN I SEE ONE AND IF YOU LIKE MOVIES LIKE THE NOTEBOOK, SURELY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ONE!

As with most Nicholas Sparks movies, this one was yet again a romantic movie which is to be expected from all of his stories. However, what sets this story apart is that it filled with more drama and suspense in my opinion. I am not going to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it. but it's an ending with a twist! Great movie to add to your collection!

This movie is so good because it takes you away from the day to day world and just enjoy the simplicity of the Carolina coast told in a heart warming movie filled with both drama and very funny moments. I bought this today just to make sure that if my original copy would break, I would have a new one ready to go.

In this latest adaptation of one of Nicholas Sparks' best selling romance novels, the viewer is taken to the scenic North Carolina coast for a thrilling suspenseful movie. The film follows the book closely and has pretty decent acting. The casting is better than in The Lucky One and is a pleasure to watch.

I haven't finished reading the book yet, but my wife told me the storylien in the movie has some variations not presented in the book. She thought the story was very well told on the big screen. She rarely ever sheds a tear at a movie, but tears flowed as the story was wrapping up. Great film.

I saw this movie at the movies and i enjoyed seeing it. I saw it on sale and i bought it. This is a great movie for people who enjoy watching someone take on life brand new on their own without any help but learn to accept help and love again then this is the movie for you.

I really enjoyed this movie! It was a beautiful love story! The scenes and location were absolutely stunning, especially the scene by the lake. It is a great family movie and the actors were amazing too!

This movie is really good worth getting i love Nicholas Sparks books and the movies if you love the books or the movies or even just the movies this one is worth it.

I read most of Nicholas Sparks's novels and this movie makes the characters so much more interesting. I love the location as it was filmed in Southport, NC. This is about a few hours from where I live and gave me a reason to visit Southport again!

This movie like many romantic films is predictable in that you can kind of guess the story as it goes along but what makes it worth seeing is the performance by the very talented Julianne Hough.

This movie is Excellent to watch throughout to the end! It keeps you interested. The ending is the way you expect it to end. A Beautiful Love Story for people who are in love!

I am very pleased with this purchase! The price I paid for 2 disc was unbelievable. Under $10. Best Buy always has great deals. Especially if you shop online!
