THE BEST THING ABOUT IT: The instructions are pretty good and it is very,very easy to change the code. It is true, it is not big enough for a cell phone. That's not what I bought it for. It can hold several keys. It can also be used for credit cards.

You can't buy a more versatile mobile safe - they just don't exist, especially at this price. 4 starts only because it doesn't hold a cell phone or sunglasses, but for keys, credit cards, and cash or other documents such as a boarding pass - along with the fact that it can be locked around any solid object (such as a pole) this mobile safe will truly make a great traveling companion.

Bought this as an extra layer of protection for small valuables. This will not be big enough for a phone or camera but suitable for cash, credit cards, keys and small jewelry.

I bought it for the summer when I go to cedar point,where I can lock it on the fence when I go on rides,but when it comes to put your valuables in there nothing bulky can fit,so just cash,cards,and anything really small.

i would think good for keys and wallet. and wallet meaning cards and cash. actual wallet may not fit. as for a cellie.....it may have to be a flip. tdays smartphones are too big. maybe iPhone 4s

I saw this lock and thought it would be convenient for my phone at say the beach. Still plan on using the lock, however after testing it for use with my phone, the inside space is too small to fit a 5 inch phone with a case.So I recommend only planning on using a phone no bigger than an iphone 5s or SE..

The case is not very large but some smartphones will fit. If you need to leave your hotel room and need to store your medication, a credit card, a security badge for your work, or maybe some keys, this is a pretty helpful little unit. There are only 3 digits to the combination, so don't consider it ultra-secure. It could be pried open pretty easily, so it's a deterrent, not impenetrable.

I like this little safe because I can keep it in the car or in a drawer and if your not paying attention you'll never know it's a safe

This is a good product. Didnt like the fact that this is plastic and my phone does not fit inside! It would be excellent if changed

This is a well made, affordable, lockable case for small items, but it is too small for it's most likely use: cell phones.

The only reason this item did not receive 5 stars was because I thought it was going to have a bit more depth inside. I bought it to carry my valuables and hoping my 38 special revolver would fit inside for storage in my purse or car but it's too shallow. It works great for smaller items just wasn't quite what I was expecting.

Product is a great concept but feels kind of cheap. I don't think it would take much effort to break it open. Good for non expensive items.

Neat product but not super secure. made of plastic. not big enough for larger smart phones with cases.

I love the convenience and the small little safe with wire cutter proof cord! Leave your personal belongings behind and think nothing of it until it is time to retrieve them. Great purchase!!!!

This is a decent gift for someone who is hard to buy for - this thing comes in handy for people who like to spend time at the park or sports venues. It fits your phone very easily (even an iPhone 6S Plus), and has room beyond that for small trinkets like jewelry and credit cards.

Got this for my college-bound daughter. It is a great size for the essentials you don't want to leave lying around where your new roommate and her friends can't be tempted. Easy to use. Can even carry around in your backpack.
