"Flexible" is not the correct word. First and foremost, I received a damaged product. It was shipped in a bubble-mailer envelope with a very flimsy cardboard box inside. The box was unsurprisingly damaged, which clearly led to the product being damaged. The metal rods that extend out of the padded roll are not flexible. They are bendable, sure, but good luck getting them into any sort of position you want that doesn't just immediately fall over as soon as you put the phone/tablet/switch in there. I bought mine direct through Sahara, but I wanted to leave a review here as I'm assuming they won't post my review on their own website. Buy with caution. I would highly recommend finding a different brand to buy from.

Return was fast and easy. Received my credit within a few days. Holder would have been great, but my phone was too big.

I have an iPad mini. This fits it’s size, but took a bit of bending to get it balance so it would stand. Also, there is ‘spring’ to it so the stand is better for watching or reading from. If you are going to use the touch screen it will bounce a bit and it works better to hold the stand with one hand.

It’s too hard to managed on your lap and even a flat surface. I dont know how anyone would use it around your neck. I had to return it.

It was very stiff and as a result, not that flexible. The portion that holds the device seems to be made of cheap plastic and it broke while I was attempting to adjust the inflexible “flexible stand”. The return period ended two days ago. [insert: sad/disappointed face].

Very stiff and not manageable. Total waste of money. I would not recommend.

The gooseneck is way to difficult to maneuver. Not worth my time to fight with it and get it situated, so I took it back.

Bought this for my daughter for when we travel. Awkward at first for her, but once she got the hang of it she loved it.

Comfortable to be able to read without holding my tablet for long periods.

The concept is great, but I wish it was executed better. For example, it is stiff and too flexible. I wanted it so I could put it around my neck and just relax and watch something on my tablet or phone. However, it was uncomfortable around my neck b/c of the stiffness. But it makes an excellent stand, very very sturdy.

It’s a cool concept. It’s too hard to bend without feeling like your going to break it. I would definitely choose a more flexible material. Other than that it’s really cool!

This product is extremely versatile! Any member of my family can use it my husband, daughter and I! I definitely recommend this product to everyone who needs something to hold up their phones or tablets in many environments.

Comfortable to use. It comes in handy to hold my phone so my hands are free. I like that it is flexible so I can adjust the position of the phone.

Arrive in a smashed box. No instructions. Phone holder is attached to the gooseneck backwards from what is shown in all the photos here, so it faces the ground. Clearly they have no quality control. DO NOT ORDER THIS GARBAGE!
