The case is workable enough, I guess. Feels a little flimsier than I would like. However, one of the product pictures is misleading. There's a picture, included below, that implies that there's some sort of magnetic aspect to the keyboard. In reality, I guess that's supposed to be "feel the power of the Bluetooth connection," but know that the keyboard doesn't stay attached to the case at all.

Though the Bluetooth instructions were somewhat ambiguous for the setup of the keyboard, once everything was ready to go, I loved the convenience of having both a case and a keyboard. The magnetic case does keep the keyboard secure (or the case pretty secure to a metal surface if it happens to come into contact with one), but it's not super powerful that you can't get it off. It doesn't come with the pen, so be aware. Otherwise, it travels well, and is exactly what I was looking for!

This thing holds down like an F5 tornado. I have not had the use to use it more but but I have used it instead of my computer multiple times.

Nice product works well as described. Protects my investment and I would recommend this product and Best Buy as a vendor.

Purchased for a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ tablet in November. Did not immediately use it but when I did I found that the mouse pad, when clicking on apps and links, did not work. Contacted the company who did respond with advice but the reboot did not work. Once I determined that there was no fix I requested a replacement but received no response at that point. Best Buy would not take it back as I exceeded the 30 day limit and the Geek Squad stated they do not work on this type of product. Now I'm stuck. I am sure this is a good product and that this is a one-off. Still sucks, though.

Love it. Just as advertised. fits tablet perfectly. great for on the go when i dont want carry along my laptop.

Don't like how the keyboard is loose. I thought it would stay in place or hook to tablet. very heavy

When i first received the case with keyboard, i loved it! I tried to use my tablet today and the keyboard does not work anymore. I have a full charge but it will not connect to my tablet. I tried everything in my toolbox with no avail. It may just be a glitch or a bad keyboard, i do not know.

Sansung and most of the telephone companys were offering free pads with phone purchase but nobody was offering or even selling the cases except best buy, this was the perfect case and it comes with a bluetooth keyboard

I needed a nice, solid case and easy to use keyboard for a recently acquired tablet, and this fits the bill quite well.

I just use the keyboard. I like it real well. the case that come with it I don't use.

It's good to use with Tab. It's useful to make Tab as computer like device.
