I had went online looking for a replacement Bose case cause my charger case led had broken and the case will not stay close and I got tired wrapping a ponytail hair wrap around it to keep it close while charging. Then I saw you can get help looking for one online customer service. So I started texting the customer service and telling her/him what I needed and telling them what kind of Bose Earbuds I have and I just need the case for it. They sent me a picture of this item and said that will help. So I purchased the item and got it shipped to my home address. And when it came it was THE CASE WAS TO SMALL I HAD TO RETURN ITEM TO THE STORE.
