I myself was purchasing this for a gift and do not own a laptop personally. after switching to side by side comparisons between several of them; I crossed my fingers and chose this one. additionally, I feel as though many of the pictures on our Best buy website could be more expansive and plentyful. for example; with some of the backpacks, it was obvious they were hidden wrinkly straps underneath the bag or behind it for a simple picture and thankfully I noticed it on a couple of them prior to ordering. I'm confident the average middle-aged and up consumer if not the younger generation which I cannot speak for: would not notice minor things such as this from the quality poses of these photos.

Durable and comfortable

The material feels durable and looks good at the same time. Most importantly, the straps are very comfortable for long trip. One thing I do wish: more room. The bottom line is I love it!
