Excellent bag, great craftsmanship. Will last my son many years.

I bought this for my college freshman daughter. It looks more professional than a backpack which will be great as she interviews for internships.

There are plenty of pockets to keep organized. It's nice that it has an adjustable strap as well as a handle.

I have had this bag for a few months now. It has been fantastic. I have been using it for school. Great storage for my laptop as well as able to fit a few binders and books in there as well. It looks like a very expensive bag, so at this price it is well worth it. I like that there is space or pens and pencils in the front, as well as space in the back to slide in any papers I want to access quickly. There is two main compartments, both with there own zippers. In one you have space to put books or binders, in the second there is a dedicated laptop holder and more room. It has held up very well. The leather doesn't scratch easily. Would highly recommend. I receive compliments on it quite often.

The Briefcase has the look and style I was looking for. However, the design is flowed. If you fill up the briefcase the buckles won't clasp together. It doesn't hold all my files and paperwork, it look like it should but it doesn't as much as it looks like it could due to the buckles.

the main thing I liked the bag is that it has a top handle :)

I received this as a gift from my wife after dropping some strong hints. Been looking around for a good replacement bag and I absolutely love this bag. My only wish is that it had one more zippered compartment. Overall though it's great.

I was interested in purchasing a Samsonite Leather Flapover Briefcase for a business trip, but could not find a decent quality one in any of the area stores. At the third store, I was told I could purchase it online at the store and a brand new one in a box would be shipped from the warehouse. Instead a briefcase from the closest store was sent to my house. I knew this because the leather had a gouge on the bottom. I returned the briefcase to the store and found out they could not ship it in time for my trip. When I called customer service and explained my story they also said they could not ship it in time, but could offer a discount. I was extremely irritated and disappointed, because I wasted a great deal of time going to stores to purchase a briefcase and was mislead by what I was told and what arrived. I ended the call with the representative. Later that evening, I decided I would borrow a bag from a friend and purchase the briefcase to have after the trip. When I called customer service, I was told they could not honor the discount because the previous rep did not specify the amount in their notes. After explaining my story, I asked if I could speak to a manager. I was told I could not speak to a manager. The rep could not offer a discount and could only communicate via a chat messaging system with the manager. She was corresponding with the manager and was waiting for an answer. This last call lasted over an hour going back and forth with the rep and the chat with the manager. In the end the I was disconnected! I did not call back after wasting even more of my time and never received a return call even though the rep repeated my number in case we were disconnected. I am appalled by Best Buy's customer service! They did not care about the experience, my time, or empower their team members to resolve customer service issues if they occur. This was the worst customer service experience I ever received! I am very disappointed with Best Buy.

After using this bag for 2 weeks I returned due to poor construction. The interior of the handle broke and thread started to come out. The bag seemed to wear very quickly after only 2 weeks of owning. If the quality was better the style and functionality of the bag was great.

First bag had damaged spots on the front so I ordered another one. It too arrived with a small damaged spot on the front of the bag. It was small enough that some shoe polish worked to disguise it.
