I must say it something I use everyday oh since I bought it. Pockets/section enough space for books, divider, agenda etc with the laptop in the other section/pocket. I recommend you purchase this product anywhere online or store. Call beforehand. Best wishes

I did no research whatsoever but my husband did, and absolutely insisted on buying this for me to replace an old, non-laptop backpack I was using to tote my laptop to and from work. I'm so glad he did! Though the padded structure is soft, it's enough to keep it upright when placed on a flat surface; when empty it's lightweight (YMMV depending on what you stuff it with). I love the TSA-compliant laptop sleeve that facilitates going through security at the airport without having to unpack everything. Also appreciate the loop on the back that I can slide the bag over my wheeled carry-on's handle. It has just enough compartments to fit what I need (and not so many that I forgot where I put what) while protecting my laptop and iPad. Exterior fabric is durable and easy to clean (wipe with a damp cloth - sometimes I use a Chlorox wipe to disinfect) and straps haven't frayed, though the sid epocket elastic is only just starting to stretch (I've had this unit for about 3 years now, I've put some large, heavy tumblers in those pockets). My husband has been wanting one for himself since he bought this for me, so this is on my gift list for him. Even though I'm not taking a laptop with me on our next vacation, I'm using this backpack as my carry-on, it's that good. I only wish it came in more interesting colors so it would stand out.

well bag looks good and the brand name should be a quality product , but unfortunately the straps are frayed and came un sown, I was really surprised that this happened unfortunately im out of the country and can't return the item

I bought this backpack to carry my laptop and ONE notebook for college and the first day it torn off from the top ( Shown in Picture) ....the price I paid was $ 87.09 dated: 6-25-16. This product has the worst quality ever won't recommend to anyone ...

It's coming apart and the return policy of Best Buy is 15 days for this product. Didn't even lasted a year.

The backpack has great pockets but very disappointed to see that the strap is falling apart within a month after light use.

This is by far the best out of the dozens of backpacks that I have had in my life. I needed a compact backpack that could fit everything I needed with the minimum space. This worked phoenomebal. I can fit my 15.6 laptop, 2 binders, water bottles, cables, pens, everything I need with the minimum space. I like that because I didn’t want a huge backpack that has infinite pockets that I’d never use. No. I wanted one to fit all with the minimum and this was the perfect one. Stylish. Very comfortable. And overall great purchase. Love Samsonite. Totally recommended

I purchased this backpack due to the appeal of its durability, light weight, great fit, manufacturer name, and number/location of the useful compartments.

I searched in stores and online for a backpack that would meet my needs to carry my laptop to work and on business trips. This backpack has everything I was looking for, as outlined below. The exterior is sleek and smooth, meaning it does not have lots of flaps, pockets and straps that would make it look like I was going camping instead of to the office. The side pockets are made out of the same material as the backpack and expand out with elastic to handily fit a water bottle and a small umbrella. When not in use these side pockets sit flat against the backpack. There is a sturdy padded handle at the top to lift the pack up, and the pack rests standing up on the floor (even empty) without collapsing into a heap. The back has a solid strap that slips over a luggage handle when traveling with other suitcases. The straps are padded and comfortable and the whole pack fits nicely on my back. The interior is divided into two main sections, separately zippered. The back section is padded for a laptop, but still has enough room for other papers or books. The second main section has a smaller pouch to separate papers, a larger section for things and two webbed pockets that nicely fit my charger in one and a wallet in the other. The outside is divided into two pockets. The top pocket is lined with a soft fleece fabric, intended for those large headphones. I do not have headphones but use this "fragile" section to carry prescription sunglasses, wireless mouse and my cheap earbuds. The lower section expands outward for easy access. It has one main pocket and several small pockets and is the place to put keys, pens, gum, and a small pocket nicely fits my iphone 6. This backpack has just the right amount of space. Everything has a logical place and I always know where to find my things. My old backpack has so many pockets I could never remember which random pocket I had put something. Overall this backpack is well constructed and looks neat and professional.

I was waiting to review this backpack after using it on a few business trips, and, let me tell you, this thing is quality. There's a ton of space for storing your laptop, tablet, cables, and other tech goodness. The sleek, black finish with smaller red accents is icing on the cake. There's nothing bulky or gaudy about this product (unlike many other backpacks I've looked at in the past). It's comfortable, appealing, and gets the job done right.

Traveling up and down the nation, backpacks are my go to for laptop and necessary items to keep me updated with the office. This backpack made me donate all the other ones I had. It's light, chic, and professional. The TSA slot where I don't have to take the laptop out - OMG, best invention ever. Its roomy, lots of compartments without making it look bulky.

One of the main features I love about this backpack is the TSA friendly computer/tablet compartment in the back. Had loads of pockets for all my gadgets, cables and chargers. A little bigger than I wanted but it does fit all my "necessities" for traveling. Nicely padded compartments and a nice fabric feel too.

Nice light weight durable ...going good so far...small size easy to carry

I really like this bag. I previously had a Swiss that finally gave up, but I like the features and the materials this is made out of way better. Lots of room for all the stuff I carry. I think it was priced very reasonably, too.

This bag is fantastic. Very tough which was a key requirement in my case where it has to be crammed into tool boxes and lockers and exposed to sharp edges and weather. The bag is comfortable to wear when I do that. Breathes sweat well and absorbs the weight evently. The compartments are very well thought out and seperated with various methods for each sub compartment which is very nice and well thought out. The exterior is very tough. The bag is very light but can carry alot. Worth every penny.

This backpack is great for travel as advertised. The compartments are designed for easy access to laptop and handling when going through security. I would buy this backpack again although it was a little pricey.

My son wanted a backpack that was slim but it needed to be large enough to hold his college books and computer. This is the perfect backpack! Very sturdy, but with a slim profile.

Bought this to carry new Mac air purchase. Very durable and usual Samsonite quality construction. Perfect fit, with plenty of room for books and other items. Very pleased.

This backpack is the perfect size and very lightweight for something that looks so professional. It seems very well built and is not overdesigned like some of the others.
