I thought I was buying a quality item when I purchased this for my new laptop. As I see another reviewer said that the clips that hold the shoulder strap on could come loose. I wish I had read that review prior to buying this bag. I was walking with my laptop inside this bag and without warning one of the shoulder strap clips came loose and the bag went to the ground. Upon taking my laptop out that is not even two weeks old, it now has a dented corner. The bag that I bought to protect my laptop is the cause of it getting damaged! I will be finding another laptop bag and will be spreading the word about Samsonite quality

Just used this utility briefcase on a 9 day trip. I've traveled for years and have gone through dozens of bags. This one is designed perfectly for my needs with easy access to all compartments. The ONLY point I would like to be different is the color of the interior. It is black...and everything disappears against black. The lining needs to be a bright light color so that you are not looking into a black hole.

Is well made, look nice, is padded and have room for accessories.

I purchased this laptop case not for a laptop but to replace on old and heavy brief case that had wheels. This one is light and easy to carry around and bring to the office with a professional look. I like it very much and highly recommend it regardless of how you use it.

I was having trouble finding a bag I liked. I liked the amount of storage and quality. I went with this bag despite several reviews of the strap coming loose. This has happened to me three times. One of the times it dented the corner my laptop. Luckily no other damage was done.

Very convenient light weight but heavy duty with a lot of room.

I have owned this briefcase for approximately three weeks and find it very convenient and durable as well. It has plenty of room for my Ipad,clip board, files etc. The extra side compartments are great tor separating other office related items as well.

I like all the pockets this bag has. I'm able to fit everything I normally carry with me in it. My only complaint is that two times over the last few months it the shoulder strap connection has come loose on one side. I flipped the connector around so it was facing out and not in and it hasn't happened since. I'm guessing I moved just right and the connector was opened by the bag. Overall I like the build quality of the bag and the storage it provides.

This case holds mt laptop perfectly and has plenty of room for accessories.

This case is very durable, has lots of space for accessories, and other things besides just your laptop. It is very lightweight and I feel like it will last a long time even for people that travel frequently.

Rugged enough to toss into your car without worry for the outside of the case or for the laptop inside... great protection! Room enough inside for your power source, mouse, and files.

this bag looks great but handles terribly! the clips that hold the strap on sometimes twist and release the entire bag... this has resulted in damaging my new laptop that i bought the bag for. i will be heading into the store very soon to have this addressed. lesson: never buy a laptop bag with unreliable/weak strap attachments. very disappointed.

For a smallish bag there are lots of storage pockets for my electronics.

I use this for a 14 inch laptop. It's perfect and has lots of extra storage areas. It's small in size and big in storage! I really like the padded shoulder strap.

It's a little on the expensive side for comparable products but the quality is top notch.

The design of the clip for shoulder strap on this bag is awful. I had nothing but my laptop, charger, and mouse in the bag, and the shoulder strap on one side came loose, dropping my bag onto the concrete. I thought I must have accidentally caught the release on my clothing or something else, so I re-attached it. It immediately came off again, but this time I was prepared and able to grab the handle before my bag hit the ground again. Sadly, the damage was already done from the first impact, and my HP Envy (less than a year old) now has a broken screen.
