At 1st thought wouldn't hold 17" laptop, but the helpful assoc showed me the laptop sleeve was adjustable, so it holds from a 11" to a 17" laptop very securely . I also noticed the next largest compartment could hold another 17" laptop , as well. There is also a myriad of pockets & sleeves in the accessory compartment. This is my new gig bag for my sound engineer electronics. Very convenient when I ride my Harley! ( I just recommend Velcro to hold down the adjustment loops or they"ll beat you to death at highway speeds!)

I bought this bag on-sale, for about $5 off the regular retail price. i looked at several bags, at different retailers, and decided to go with this one. Compared to my other backpack, this one is roomier, and appears to be better made. I can easily carry three average sized text books and my large laptop, along with a medium sized stapler, financial accumulator, flash light, mouse and other assorted supplies. Several pockets are great for organizing items, some are lined with soft material for the more delicate stuff. Overall a great backpack.

Went to my local Best Buy today to get a 17 inch laptop backpack for my new MSI GT70 2PC Dominator 895 that I also bought through my local Best Buy. I first settled on a Swissgear Ibex whom when I called said it would fit my laptop. So I bought it, and when I got home and put my laptop in it, it didn't fit. I took it back not 10 minutes later. This time bringing my laptop to test bags with it to make sure I found one that fit. I finally settled on this Samsonite bag, which is built nicely. Although being a previous Swissgear owner, I wished that I could have gone for another, due to the fact that I am sure we all know how durable they are, how well built and rugged they are, how strong they are as well. However, knowing that Samsonite was another great brand, and the quality of this bag is very close to the Swissgear Ibex that I was looking at previously. I went with it. Not to mention, I got it at less than half price! $100 backpack on sale at the local store for $68, then price matched at new egg for $45. I must say, I am very happy with both this backpack, and with Best Buy's price match guarantee!

I travel a lot for work, and have used other backpacks in the past. This backpack is really comfortable, has enough padding to protect the laptop and has enough pockets to keep everything you need.

Great quality bag you would expect from Samsonite. A lot of compartments and great adjustable straps for different size laptops. The zippers are strong and good quality. Nice padded back and shoulders straps. Really enjoy this bag.

The Samsonite Tectonic PFT laptop is a very good purchase. Decently priced, a LOT of room, and an abundance of pockets available. Comfortable to wear and meets TSA requirements for easy pass through security at the airport.

It's comfortable. The storage for the laptop in nicely padded and secures devices well. Plenty of pockets.the zippers are well made and strong. And the lumbar support is fantastic. the backpack fits my needs. thanks.

I needed to replace my computer bag which was wearing out and really not adequate for everything I needed to carry. A friend of mine purchased the identical bag for his laptop and was showing it to me and I inquired where he got it. When he told me at Best Buy, I went to the local Best Buy and got one for my replacement. I use it travelling and when I go on mission trips in the US or to South Sudan it will provide the protection for my computer as well as peripheral hardware and adapters that I need to take along. It is sturdy and provides adequate space for all my electronic needs. I actually got it on sale, so it was really a bargain.

I bought this laptop bag because I have a 17 inch laptop and it is difficult to get around. I originally had a sleeve, but found I could fit little else. I got this one because I could fit my laptop, all it's accessories plus books, headphones, an e-reader and much more. It was comfortable on my back or over my shoulder. It is a bit pricey, but par for the course for laptop bags and I am very pleased with it so far.

Never really had a good backpack ...... until now!!! I wanted a backpack that was sturdy enough that I could lug my laptop/work belongings & gym clothes to and from the office as well as use it for business trips. One that was and wasn't too business looking. The numerous pocket, the breathable feature and most of tall the sturdiness of the ENTIRE body makes this one of the best backpacks I've owned for work. It's been a month and I have not found one flaw yet and actually don't think that I will find any. Great buy that will last very long.

I had been looking at backpacks at the Samsonite store with the intention of purchasing one for an upcoming trip. I found the same backpack for less money at Best Buy. The backpack was roomy and had plenty of compartments which helped with organizing. There was a padded pocket for my tablet and a special strap that fit over the extendable handle of my rolling luggage which made things easier although the backpack was very comfortable to wear also. Overall it was an excellent buy.

This wa spur chased for a 14 yr old boy to protect his new laptop. I wanted one with great structure, padding, and room for textbooks. He wanted it to look awesome. We got the best of both worlds! It holds his laptop snugly, but is fully adjustable to hold bigger and smaller laptops. There is still lots of room for notebooks and textbooks for when school starts. He likes how light it is, even when he has his laptop and other gaming equipment shoved in.

I am very happy with the purchase of this laptop backpack. It holds my HP Spectre x360 very well in the main compartment as I am sure it would hold most laptops. There are more than enough areas to put the rest of your equipment or books so space is not that big of a problem, for me anyways. It is very comfortable to wear and seems it will hold up well. The price was great on this product.

This was purchased as a replacement to my first generation backpack from Samsonite with the same style. The feature I like most is the TSA laptop compartment, just unzip and go. Love the large spaces, a place for everything while you are traveling and durable. The last pack was put through a lot and by the way this one is wearing I think this one is going to be even better.

I took this bag with me to Paris for a business meeting and have not stopped using it since. Holds all my gear with easy access and still provides room for a change of clothes for the gym. I can fit enough to take a toiletry bag and another change of clothes to be used after a shower. I have no trouble finding what I need inside due to it exceptional organization. I carry a full-size laptop for work and a Chromebook for personal use and the adjustments make it easy to have a perfect fit for either device. I still can carry my Nexus 7 with no trouble at all regardless of which laptop I am carrying. It is a very comfortable bag with good padding and comfortable straps. I really find the bag to be top notch.

I am very happy with this laptop bag. I bought 2 of these for my kids for their computers to help protect them and store their other school supplies as they are homeschooled. This bag has many pockets and can store laptops of many different sizes with velcro, so very secure so the laptop is not getting bounced around too much. I recommend this bag for anyone.

Travel frequently for work and needed a bag for both my my work and personal laptop. Have a Lenovo and Chromebook. Bag has loads of space and compartments for almost anything such as; laptops, tablets, large headphones, books, notepads, water bottles, sweaters etc. It is not bulky and properly padded for comfort. Love my purchase and would definitely recommend!

I purchased this backpack in order to best protect my new laptop, and I was shocked at the price tag. Why do laptop bags cost so much? If this was a regular backpack without a laptop sleeve, it would only cost $30-$40, $50 tops. Anyway, the bag is extremely comfortable and easy to adjust. It has cushioned pockets to protect everything--webcams, mouse, etc--not just the laptop itself. I've also found that in addition to putting in my 17-inch laptop, I can also put in my 10-inch tablet, 15-inch laptop and cooling mat all at the same time.

It held my Dell 7440 laptop, iPad mini 3 and all of my accessories without a hitch. Even had a pouch for my Studio beats headphones! Made it through airport security with ease since it has the zip down separate secrion for the laptop. Very durable. Flew from ATL to Portland Oregon twice in the past month and its been great!

Nice laptop backpack that offers tight protection for my laptop. It has a unique pocket for the laptop with the ability to tighten the pocket surrounding the laptop for a secure and safe fit. Tons of pockets for all of your tech needs (iPad, full size headphones, etc) This is my second Samsonite laptop backpack.
