Purchased for home, sticks out a little farther on my counter but that's ok. outside gets really hot when you use the oven, but works great overall.

I was skeptical at first purchasing a convection, but this product is worth every penny! I've grilled chicken, roasted veggies, cooked ground turkey and everything has been delicious.

We haven't had it too long but so far it is working excellently. The flexibility of having the different cooking options makes it a go to option for many cooking needs.

It looks high end. Micro function works well-heats fast. The grill function is fine. Not sure if the combo grill/micro function does anything. I don't like the dial to set the time. Much prefer micros that have a number pad. Overall fine for the price.

I was looking for a new convection microwave after my oven I had for 30 years stopped working. I looked at a lot of reviews and liked what I saw. This is a very good buy. I highly recommend this product.

Love this microwave. Purchased this one over a traditional microwave because of its' fryer and conventional oven feature--works great. My place is not very big and having such an appliance that has multifunction is a major plus. On a different note: it's very easy to clean.

It's a good microwave, I love the different options you can use on it, a little hard to clean. You have to remember it's not your typical microwave. If you're looking for something more, this is your microwave. A little on the expensive side, but does a nice job.

I purchased this "Smart Oven" five days ago, and so far I've used it every day as a microwave, and last night as a combination convection oven / microwave (to heat a frozen pizza). I read every review here and on several other sites, along with all the Q&As, before purchasing this product; I also watched a few YouTube videos and reviews from a few consumer ratings guides. Despite several reviews reporting premature deaths, I decided to take the plunge.
Overall, so far, I'm pleased with the oven. It microwaves just as well as my former microwave, which was an over-the-range unit in an apartment I was renting, which I guess is no surprise since that unit was also a 1,000-watt microwave. What is surprising is the amount of space inside this little 1.1-cubic-foot monster. I have no problem getting large casserole dishes -- or a "full-size" Red Baron pizza -- in it. It's fairly quiet, the controls are very tactile (as another reviewer stated, it features real pushbuttons instead of the now commonplace membrane pads) and the detented control knob is actually easier and quicker to use than those danged membrane numeric pads on other units.
I will agree that when you're using the convection feature, the back and top of the oven get really warm -- not actually hot enough to burn you, but hot enough to make you remove your hand very quickly! I really like the display too -- very bright and easy to read, and I love how it "disappears" behind what looks like a brushed-aluminum panel when it's disabled. I also like the way the oven door opens. It seems more sturdy than the pushbutton, side-opening doors on most ovens in this price range ... and I read a lot of reviews of Panasonics, LGs and others that have troublesome doors. I read some reviews here stating that the door doesn't lay flat when opened ... well, if you have standard-depth countertops, this isn't a problem since the handle, which is what keeps the door from opening flat, hangs off the countertop when the door is opened ... and in that case, yes, the door opens flat.
Now for the exception that made me give this product four stars instead of five. I was astounded to discover that this $250 ($400 if you believe the retail price, which you won't pay anywhere) oven does not have a kitchen timer of any kind! I've never owned a microwave oven that doesn't have one! On an oven that claims to do just about everything, this was a shock. Maybe Samsung, believing that this thing truly is the cooking appliance that replaces all other cooking appliances, thought its users would throw away their stoves and ovens, and never need to use a kitchen timer again? Also, while I applaud the corporate world's efforts to protect our environment, what's up with the owner's manual that's printed on newspaper? (It really is, folks!) I've never seen such a flimsy manual -- especially considering the fact that you'll be consulting it a *lot* while you're learning how to use all of this appliance's features. Thank goodness you can go to Samsung's website and download a copy that you can print on real paper. Like I said, I've only had this oven for five days, and already my owner's manual is tearing and falling apart. (Warning: it will nearly dissolve if it gets wet!) Frankly, with all the features this oven has, maybe Samsung would consider providing a laminated or plastic "cheat sheet" that owners could keep beside it for reference. I know I'd appreciate it.
I went ahead and purchased Best Buy's 2-year extended warranty just in case. So far, I'm impressed; as for longevity, we'll see!
