Great stainless & grey microwave that doesn't take up too much counter space. Microwave works great. Slim fry is nice feature (used on homemade French Fries (took longer than program allotted for weight amount used. Only down side, you can't just set a time on it, you have to use a preset feature, so you don't know what length of time your getting until you play with the different features and see how the presets are timed. I don't like presets because they don't always apply. The convection microwave works well, however I put an oven thermometer into it when set to 400 degrees and only got 325 for the high. So don't expect it to get as hot as it says. I am disappointed it doesn't get as hot as it says. Defrost works well.

It seems fine. It is probably my own fault, but I did not realise until I read the instructions that there was also a regular grill and oven included. I did not need this since I already have a toaster oven

I found it a little difficult to figure out and get used to at first, but now I love it. The convection part works awesome, really convenient as opposed to using my oven. Microwave is great and powerful. I;m glad I got it.

This oven is loaded with features, besides being a microwave its grill capabilities and slim fry features is a nice addition. Warming up French fries and not getting soggy is something you can't do with just a regular microwave .

You can read of all the things this microwave can do, but actually doing them at home is amazing. You can make great things easily. From main dishes to desserts in just a few minutes. This product is great.

This Samsung microwave does well when microwaving, really easy to set power and time. But it goes beyond that and it is really handy to heat up or cook a small item with the convection oven option.

This product has been amazing. Love the features and was of use. It's not a total replacement to full size appliances, but has worked great as an extra oven/warmer/fryer.
