The Convection portion of the oven shuts itself off constantly, so it is not really usable. Microwave part is difficult to use as the timer mechanism is complex. You can't just put your food in and nuke it. It requires multiple steps to turn it on.

Purchased for the convection capability, oven will not function longer than 3 minutes at 425 degrees.

I miss my timer. I'm still trying to figure out all this thing can do. I am hoping for good things!

I bought the microwave in November and by July the microwave broke twice. I called customer service and they were totally useless. The representative said my one year warranty expired in July but they needed the bill of sale to extend the warranty to a year! Go figure, I only had the microwave for 8 months. The customer service was horrible. They kept reading from a script and did not try to help at all. Do not buy this microwave. It costs $400.00 but I got it on sale for $250.00. I thought that I got a quality product but I should have checked the reviews first!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Just bought this 2 months ago and thought it was the greatest thing. Suddenly, it went out and no longer works. I will be returning it.

Here it is 2 years into my owning this microwave and it stops working? I mean $400 bucks? it is a terrible piece of junk. I was about to buy new appliances for the kitchen and now I will tell everybody I come in contact with about Samsungs reliability...

Shuts down if it get to hot, which is usually in 25 minutes. Should have taken it back after the first time, but no. Purchased it 04/15/2016 and it stopped working altogether 10/30/16. Its Garbage save your money or buy a different brand!

I purchased this about two months ago and it has become my "go-to" cooking device. I just cooked a perfect rump roast in 35 minutes! No roasting pan, Just seasoned it, put it on the rack with a pyrex pie plate underneath to catch the drippings for gravy. I thought I was buying a Microwave, or a Convection oven, but I was wrong. It has other modes that allow you to use both and get the speed of a microwave, but the flavor and quality of a convection oven. And then there are the grilling functions. . .Amazing! Don't waste anymore time reading reviews, just go buy this thing, it will change the way you cook.
