Fantastic when it worked...until it didn't

Over the course of 8 months, it was hardly used but when it was used, the oven was fantastic. Best frozen pizza oven in the house. At 8 months it died (as in several of the reviews online). Called Best Buy but since I didn't get the geek squad warranty, I had to go through Samsung. In 6 weeks a repair man came to the house. He replaced the circuit board. While he was there, it flickered on and off. He blamed my wall socket. He moved the microwave from socket to socket and the same thing. Sure enough, before long it was dead again. Given that we used this oven less than a dozen times or so, our cost per use was well over $30.00. Will not buy this oven again, that's for sure...and suppose I have to pay for the premium extended warranty next time just so we don't have to go through this nightmare again.

Failed in 45 Days

That's exactly what happened. No power...nothing. The microwave and toaster ovens it replaced were over 5 years old, and they still worked. Now, I have neither! It's impossible to overstate how angry I am.

Overheats

The unit shuts completely down and will not start back up until it cools down. So if you are cooking something and it's not down you will have to wait for the unit to cool off to continue cooking.
