The microwave we had was a bit outdated so we decided to start looking around for a new one. Samsung has been our appliance choice for everything else so we already had an idea of what we wanted. Not having much counter space we found this one and so far we are pleased by how powerful and functional it is for its size. Samsung Has amazed us yet again!

Great sleek microwave. Works great too. Simple to use

Very nice quality for the price, the dial feature is extremely easy to use contrary to some of the reviews I've read. I was impressed enough with this item I went on to purchase a Samsung range. I did purchase a two year geek squad on this item, as it was replacing a microwave (of a different brand) that I only had a year. Overall excellent!

The whole family loves the new microwave, the knob, the realization a start button is not needed. The only concern is a squeaky creaky motor/belt situation going on for most but not all cooking. If it doesn’t resolve itself, I will have to return the unit.

Ceramic interiors prevents rusting. Sturdy and less noisy.

This microwave oven is absolutely a Best Buy!! For the low price of $110 and Free shipping I was able to complete the last piece of my re-modeled kitchen. The stainless steel and black color scheme looks very sleek and matches my other appliances. I had an old white oven that looked terrible and didnt always work right......

Was in need for a new microwave. Did the research for this Samsung and made the purchase. Heated meals, popped some popping corn...the the discovery happened. This microwave would not accommodate my bacon rack! Yes, it fits...but interior will not allow for it to spin.

This is a good 1000 watt microwave. It heats up my food great. I have no issues with it, but some other members of the family find it weird that it has no numbers to enter a specific time; instead you have to turn a dial that changes the time in increments of 10 seconds.

Serves my needs. Nothing fancy. The dials are not my favorite. I’m used to digital

You'd think with that awesome dial on the front of it that you can just twist it to set the time before you hit start. From what I found, that isn't how it works. You have to hit +30 seconds button first, then you can use the dial to adjust the time while its microwaving. Not a deal breaker, just not what I expected.

This microwave is easy to use with many preprogrammed buttons. One of the things I love about this particular one is how it beeps to remind you if food is left in the microwave. I've gotten busy and forgotten to take the food out and luckily the microwave has reminded me.

The lack of a number pad was a little bit to get used to . Sill haven't found a kitchen timer??? Looks good in the kitchen and the cooking is fine. Takes a little longer than my previous but that's due to lower wattage. I'd buy again.

I love the way it matches the rest of my kitchen appliances. Very modern design and works very well.

I like this microwave and I found it was on sale at one Best Buy and when I went to go buy it at another Best Buy they didn't have it on sale... But it's still a great product. You might have to get used to using a dial instead of a number pad, but I usually just use the +30 seconds button anyways.

The dial could be a bit more intuitive and the light could be brighter, yes, I agree with those points. However, once you get used to the dial, it is pretty easy. The sensor setting works well for a microwave in this price range.

I would give this 4.5 stars but not 5. It works fine but nothing fancy. I bought it for my elderly father who wanted a turn knob instead of pressing buttons. Great price… Bought it on sale. Good microwave for the price point.
